I went through drive thru and ordered the 16 piece chicken tenders family meal and then an extra 6 piece chicken tenders only (was feeding 4 grown men). I asked for hot sauce and ketchup at the speaker and then was told to pull up to window for total. She tells me total quietly and I thought I heard her say $57.72 but when she hands me my receipt (which I had to ask for) I see I was charged $86.72!! I look and she charged me for a 16 piece, not 6 piece?. She gets the manager and the manager gives me a refund of the difference between a 16 and a 6 piece. I ask again for ketchup and hot sauce and they acknowledged it. They start handing me my bags and I asked again, is there ketchup and hot sauce in here? Girl says yeah. I ask, and this is all of the order? Girl says yeah. Get to my husband’s job site and start making their plates and they ripped me off an entire 6 piece, I only got 6 biscuits, not 8- so ripped off 2 biscuits, and THERE IS NOT ONE PACKET OF KETCHUP OR HOT SAUCE!! The girl even put on the order ticket “NO SAUCE” when I asked for it AT THE SPEAKER when she was taking my order and then again numerous times at pick up window. I don’t understand what’s so hard about taking orders correctly and actually giving the customer what they asked for instead of being lazy and lying to their faces.TL; DR - got ripped off an entire 6 piece chicken tender, 2 biscuits, and ketchup and hot sauce even tho was told to my face it was in the bag.

Restaurant was dirty, poorly stocked, and the workers act like you are bothering them. Stopped here during lunch with nobody in front of our small group. They didn’t get the orders right and then when asked about the missing items, they just told me they were out (Drink cups, sides, any sauces, napkins, etc). Literally minutes later someone else came in and ordered a similar item and received the items that were “out” just moments before. I would advise skipping this location.

This is by far the grossest fast food restaurant I have ever stepped foot in. They don't seem to even attempt to hide their filth. Bathroom smelled of straight urine. Trash cans are over flowing, containers that are holding sauce/condiments are so dirty it looks like they came from a dumpster. Dirty tables with trash on them, and we were the only people there. They still had snow flake decorations up-it's May. Clearly the managers don't care and corporate must have just given up. I'd give 0 stars if it was an option. Ew.
I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes! Workers walked past me and did not say a word. When I walked in, no one greeted me. However, there's a sign that I read about "HOSPITALITY" by the register that should be snatched down because NEITHER of the females that were in there obviously knew nothing about it! #unprofessional#horribleservice

Bathrooms were filthy. Smelled like there was a dead animal in there. Restaurant was hot and unclean. Food was not great. Staff were rude.

Stopped here for lunch. Restaurant needs a lot of attention-very dirty. Fries were terrible. The chicken on our sandwiches was okay but the bun was hard as a rock.
