My experience here was not good. They show no common sense or flexibility to give the customer what they want within reason. With the 3 piece big box, it is impossible to get one breast and two thighs. Wow. Also they put no napkins or fork in the go bag which contained mashed potatoes.

Great food and nice staff. The places is dirty as sin though and definitely hasn't been cleaned in over a week. We don't have any KFC where I live now so it was good to get some.
