My family and I were travelling back from Orange Beach heading to Kentucky we stopped off here for a quick bite to eat as they are a KFC/Taco Bell combined. The cashier was super friendly and greater us with a huge smile. She made such an impact on our visit that I saved the receipt so that I could do this review when we got home her name was Hashanna and she is a one of a kind employee. MANAGEMENT DON'T LET THIS ONE GO! we all got a 5 dollar fill up box (chicken tenders)...
Macon KFC seems to have somehow found effecient employees in the age of employee casualties. The premises look well kept from the landscaping and concrete all the way to the bathrooms. That alone speaks volumes. The employees are personable and able to take orders small or large with little problem. The food was served up in a timely manner and the surrounding tables were kept cleaned up even in the busy lunch time.
