Came in with a group of friends and was treated horribly by the bar tender and servers. They avoided us and refused to serve us. We waited in an empty restaurant for water for 15 minutes before we decided to leave.

Food was ok. A bit pricey for the quality. Plates weren't dry. The service was good. The table was dirty when we were sat and no one offered to clean it. The rest room was a bit janky the door was incredibly hard to move.

High prices for low-quality food? Doesn't make sense. I'd rather wait for freshly cooked food than settle for something that looks like it came out of a bucket. The experience was disappointing, and the prices didn't match the quality. Not worth it.

May 17, 2025 was an outstanding day. This was my first visit to Angelo's in Gluckstadt. The atmosphere was pleasant throughout the visit. We chose our own seating and was soon welcomed by an accommodating waitress. She gave us our menus to make our selections and took our drink order. We looked over the menu and were impressed by the numerous choices to select from the menu. It took us a little extra time because it was our first visit. The waitress, Jayleen was attentive to our needs. The food was delicious and generous portions were provided. The refills on drinks were offered, if desired. I would recommend this restaurant. I would give Angelo's a 10 out of 10 based on my first experience. Go try it for yourself!

They have really good pulled pork nachos-very similar to the ones you used to get at the old Red, Hot, and Blue. While not on our regular rotation, we do enjoy this restaurant.
