I decided to visit the local Applebee’s because I had my sister in town and wanted to enjoy her and some drinks. That quickly turned sour after waiting 30 min for water I then finally got my order taken. Soon as this occurred we also ordered drinks and appetizers they bought my kids food out first no drinks had been given so the waiter informed us he was new which is understandable but what sent me over the edge was the manager walked out with our appetizers after she already came by earlier to ask about our drinks so I was confused why it took an hour for drinks to come and why would you take that long for a appetizer to come out. I really fill like he had poor training we had to tell him to bring us water and do basic things a waiter should know. I encourage this company to do a customer service class the manager was rude and did not make us fill like she had empathetic for our situation. This turned into a big ordeal when all we wanted was our beverages. I will not be coming back

Despite having lived in MS for a considerable amount of time, neither my parents nor I had ever visited Applebee's until Saturday, August 2nd. I chose to order a chicken quesadilla and mozzarella sticks, both of which were exceedingly tasty. I am eager to return and try the Bourbon Street Steak or Strawberry Chicken Salad, along with an Oreo milkshake on my next visit.

If you have 4 or more people, please do not come. The staff acted like we had a disease because we had a party of 8. Then, we overheard the waiter tell the hostess she was lying because there were more seats available. Not sure what was going on there. Please get it together.

Our waiter name was Christian D he was very friendly, quick, and attentive. He quickly took our order with great knowledge of the menu and a very good memory. He took all 5 of our orders without writing anything down, and he amazed my kids by how good his memory was. It was my son's thirteen birthday, and even though they didn't sing happy birthday anymore due to covid reasons. He brought a team out from the back of the house and proceeded to sing, which made my sons day. The food was amazing as well as the service. I definitely recommend this location and make sure to request Christian D if you want amazing service. You won't be disappointed.
