The first experience at this location was kind of ok. The only thing I disliked was the presentation of my Chili cheese fries. They kind of look thrown together and sloppy I barely had any chili on it but the fries were still good aside of that I was satisfied overall

Just purchased a Hawaiian Chicken at the drive thru in Madison, MS. It was awful. A soggy mess. Took one bite and put it in the garbage. I have been disappointed with their food the last 2 times there. I will not eat there again and do not recommend.

Never go here on a tues at 9:30pm. The girl at the window was rude. Only got fries and ended up with onion rings. Took it back, she had an attitude. Definitely not going back.

I used the drive through window. The main thing is that the hamburger was wonderful! I was really taken back to see few cars in the parking lot. It should be full as good as the hamburger is.

I purchased the black bean burger meal. The burger was atrocious. It was absolutely awful. If I had to describe how it tasted I would say take week old black beans and mash them into a patty and then burn each side and put this weird seasoning on there and serve it on a cold bun under dripping wet lettuce and an ice cold slice of tomatoes. Also make sure the bean patty is cold as well. It was so awful I took one bit and threw the burger away.The fries were on point though.
My boyfriend loves to stop here on our travels from TX to MS each month. Black & Bleu cheese burger.

We loved the cleanliness of this location inside and out. Dining in, we were greeted by a nice young lady who took our order and chatted with us while we made our selections. She brought us our food and checked on us during our meal several times...she seemed genuinely happy to be there and exhibited great customer service. Our bill for 2 adults and a child was $27. We ordered the Hawaiian chicken sandwich combo, bacon cheddar burger combo and the kids' hotdog meal. We ate every morsel! The food was fresh and hot, and the portions were perfect. Quick access to the highway, too. Thanks for a great experience!

First time eating at Back Yard Burgers for me was a pleasant experience. I’d much rather eat a burger from here which definitely tastes more like a true “back yard burger” than any other fast food. Between 3 of us, we got a Classic Burger with Seasoned Fries, a Southwest Bbq Bacon with Seasoned Fries and a Black Bean Burger add Pepper-jack Cheese with Waffle Fries— all very tasty & thoroughly enjoyed!Staff at this location was also very polite and the service was excellent!
