Just purchased a Hawaiian Chicken at the drive thru in Madison, MS. It was awful. A soggy mess. Took one bite and put it in the garbage. I have been disappointed with their food the last 2 times there. I will not eat there again and do not recommend.

Showed up for lunch, dining room closed due to not having a front cashier, per the manager. 3 people standing around doing nothing. Said we had to order in drive thru. Lazy people.

Never go here on a tues at 9:30pm. The girl at the window was rude. Only got fries and ended up with onion rings. Took it back, she had an attitude. Definitely not going back.

They can't follow an order. If you ask for no mayo, it's ignored. If you ask for no onions, it's ignored. If you have allergies or any sort of specific taste, go elsewhere.
I used the drive through window. The main thing is that the hamburger was wonderful! I was really taken back to see few cars in the parking lot. It should be full as good as the hamburger is.

I purchased the black bean burger meal. The burger was atrocious. It was absolutely awful. If I had to describe how it tasted I would say take week old black beans and mash them into a patty and then burn each side and put this weird seasoning on there and serve it on a cold bun under dripping wet lettuce and an ice cold slice of tomatoes. Also make sure the bean patty is cold as well. It was so awful I took one bit and threw the burger away.The fries were on point though.Parking: Ample parking around the building.

I placed on online order and there is NO way to get your order except to get in the drive through lane, what kind of idiot set this up.. stay away from the online ordering

Review is based solely on experience and not on food. Restaurant supposedly closes at 11. So I pull up after a football game on Friday night at 10:40pm because the line had 2 cars already at the window and no one else. When I pull up to order, the ordering is electronic. Literally I spoke to a computer system that took my order. (Should have been my first clue.) It totals up my order and tells me to pull ahead to the window. There are at least 3 people who see me that could have just told me they were already closing down but instead acted like I wasn't there. Fast food, so I don't expect much anyway, but just tell me you decided to close down early without turning off your automated ordering system instead of ignoring me altogether. Didn't waste much of my time and won't waste anymore of it there past 10pm.
