This place got a management change and really stepped its game up. They always have all the flavors and they are always nice now!

Horrible customer service! I spoke to everyone when I walked in because nobody greeted me. The 3 teenagers still didn’t speak! This location needs better workers

Do not eat here! My coworker and I both got food poisoning from their turtle ice cream. I will never eat here again. Within 2-3 hours of consuming it, it ruined my whole night. Was up for hours dying in the bathroom. This location needs to work on sanitation and rotating old stock. Save yourself the trouble and just don’t eat here! Not worth getting sick over

Was in there tonight at about 8pm. “We have no milk” the worker said. I said “I’m good” and then she said “we can’t make milk shakes” and then she said they don’t have waffle cones either. I appeared to be interrupting her night by wanting ice cream by her short responses; then I noticed the 3 teenagers sitting nearby at the tables that she was chatting to while making my order, I put it together: they were all waiting til closing time so they could all leave and go out together, not wanting to clean the milkshake machine or the waffle cone maker. Will not be back. The other quieter worker seemed more helpful, maybe I should have ordered from her.

They NEVER have what you want. “Sorry we are out of 50 million items listed.” Also, the cone maker machine never works or they say it takes 45 mins to warm up or we don’t have batter. Lastly, the white girl is rude and nasty. She always there with pajamas on.

My daughter and her friend went and bought ice cream and were not allowed to sit and enjoy it. For no reason they were asked to leave after being paying customers. Absolutely unacceptable!
I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately, the service during my visit was extremely disappointing. The young man working appeared disengaged and uninterested in helping us. After waiting approximately 10 minutes for our order, another family walked in and received their order before us, despite arriving after we did.
When I politely asked why we hadn’t received our order yet, he simply said he was waiting for something to thaw. I calmly expressed that it would’ve been helpful to communicate that upfront, rather than making it seem like we were being skipped over. He offered no apology or explanation—just a blank stare. We ended up leaving without our shakes.

i had the worst experience ever. the people were sitting down in booths not doing anything and the so called manager on her comupter was not helping anybody in the store but sitting down. the workers had an attitude did not serve the icecream and were rude.

The guy fixing our ice cream put his whole head in the cooler just to scoop it up 😬 He has no idea what went on what dish. Had no supplies for smoothies.

I had went in the other day and there were 2 people working there was this girl that was sitting in the booths not doing absolutely nothing while there were like 15 people in the store. She made this poor girl get every customer by herself and when I asked the girl who that person was she said it was the manager and I felt horrible. NEED BETTER MANAGEMENT AND HELP FOR THE WORKERS
