My daughter and her friend went and bought ice cream and were not allowed to sit and enjoy it. For no reason they were asked to leave after being paying customers. Absolutely unacceptable!

I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately, the service during my visit was extremely disappointing. The young man working appeared disengaged and uninterested in helping us. After waiting approximately 10 minutes for our order, another family walked in and received their order before us, despite arriving after we did.
When I politely asked why we hadn’t received our order yet, he simply said he was waiting for something to thaw. I calmly expressed that it would’ve been helpful to communicate that upfront, rather than making it seem like we were being skipped over. He offered no apology or explanation—just a blank stare. We ended up leaving without our shakes.

i had the worst experience ever. the people were sitting down in booths not doing anything and the so called manager on her comupter was not helping anybody in the store but sitting down. the workers had an attitude did not serve the icecream and were rude.

The guy fixing our ice cream put his whole head in the cooler just to scoop it up 😬 He has no idea what went on what dish. Had no supplies for smoothies.

I had went in the other day and there were 2 people working there was this girl that was sitting in the booths not doing absolutely nothing while there were like 15 people in the store. She made this poor girl get every customer by herself and when I asked the girl who that person was she said it was the manager and I felt horrible. NEED BETTER MANAGEMENT AND HELP FOR THE WORKERS

I would give this place a half a star… zero stars if I could. The customer service was horrible every time I’ve been in there. I’ve never written a bad review EVER but this place is ridiculous and it’s just gotten worse and worse. The last time I tried to order from here, it was for my whole family. My little brother wanted a peanut butter layered sundae, they were out of it. He changed his order to an Oreo layered sundae, they were out of that. He tried to change his order to a mangonada, they were out of that too! Oh and guess what… they were out of what I wanted AND what my sister wanted!! At this point, I asked what they DO have and they were irritated and snappy with us! He ended up with nothing at all, and my whole family ended up irritated. Absolutely ridiculous.

Was in town for work and stop into this place for a cappuccino blast. This is my favorite drink anytime I run into a Baskin Robbin's as there are no locations where I'm from. Unfortunately however I was told by the girl behind the counter that her blast machine was down and she couldn't make it. I mentioned to her that I've gotten plenty of these at other locations and none of them were ever made from a machine. She then stated that she wasn't allowed to make it manually and that she would get in trouble. Good job whoever owned this location. This could have been taken care of but clearly you don't give your employees initiative to get the customer taken care of. I would have been here everyday I was in town but not anymore. Won't come back!

It was closed at 4pm on a Friday even though the hours on here and on the store window said open. No sign was up and the door was wide open, but a worker inside told us they were closed
Had to give a review. I felt a little rushed when trying to decide even when I was the only person in the shop. There was a weird smell upon entering, the lady that served me was not patient and didn't care to give clear information when asked. Well, i ended up rushing to get out of her way and had my ice cream in my car. The cone smelled bad so ended up throwing it in the trash. I added a star because the ice cream tasted nice. But they lost 3 stats for the lack of customer service.

The sign says open, it's an hour before close, all the lights are on and there's plenty of ice cream in the cases. For some reason, the door is locked and nobody seems to be inside. We waited out of courtesy in case there was a solo worker in the restroom, but nobody showed up and the phone went unanswered after 20+ minutes.

This place has the best ice cream! Chocolate chip mint is my favorite and they make it perfectly. We walked right in and they were right there to help us and gave us wonderful service. I would definitely visit a Baskin-Robbins near you.
Parking: There were many stores lined up in a row, and the park areas were in front of the stores, which made it somewhat difficult to find a parking spot directly in front of the ice cream shop.
