When I called about my order being incorrect, the employee who answered the phone (later identified as Kate) was unwilling to listen to my concern. She did not want to hear that my order was wrong and was not interested in helping resolve the problem. She was rude, unhelpful, and stated that she was “not going to do this.” She also initially refused to provide her name when I asked. Another employee then got on the phone and provided her name. Still has yet to be resolved

When you’re craving something different hit up the Beagle Bagel in Madison.
A good variety of freshly made bagels, turned into a sandwich, a pizza or just straight up, toasted and delicious.
Great chicken salad. Great desserts, cookies, cinnamon rolls and more.
I get mine toasted with a side of bagel chips. Fantastic! Excellent ice as well. “Sonic” ice.
This place smells good too!

Decided to give this place a try and was unimpressed. The bagels were super hard and almost stale. Not much options as far as toppings either, but I brought my own cashew cream cheese that I purchased from Whole Foods.

The staff at Beagle Bagel really came through for me today. I’ve been battling illness this week, and the only thing I wanted was their famous cheese soup! I called to see which fresh soup they made today, and unfortunately, It wasn’t cheese-soup day. Only a moment later, I received a call back and the same gentleman said he had checked the kitchen and there was leftover cheese-soup from the day before. I was thrilled! He literally saved my day. I wish I had caught his name, but I am very grateful. Thank you!

Best experience today at Beagle Bagel! I eat here often, and have had nothing but positive experiences, but today stood out to me! It’s the little things sometimes. I did not know that I accidentally paid for more pasta salad than I got, and they so honestly gave me one to go home with even though I didn’t even catch their honest mistake. Later, I dropped a fork on the floor and someone brought me a new one without me even asking. A good attitude and a smile goes so much further than anyone knows, and today the little things went a long way! Great job Beagle Bagel Madison! I love the new ownership!

We were warmly greeted by MT. Truly one of the sweetest, most passionate, and patient people I’ve ever met. She made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. MT is clearly a hard worker who takes pride in what she does. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. It was so easy and comforting to talk to her.
While we were eating, I saw her doing it all: serving guests, packing to-go boxes, answering the phone. She handled everything like a boss! As someone who’s usually shy around new people, she really made my day. I truly hope MT gets everything she dreams of, because she absolutely deserves it. And yes, the food was great too! We’ll definitely be coming back, especially to see MT again!

They have the best chicken salad ever!!! I won’t eat anyone else’s. I love their bagels too. They are super fresh. They even have baked goods.
My wife and I have been wanting to go to beagle bagel for a while and we got to today turned out. It’s a really good place to go. Excellent food very nice local great place to go.

Great breakfast spot if you're in the area. Tons of options...the cream cheese selection is a must try. I really enjoyed the conversation and the welcoming atmosphere. The dining area is well lit, airy and comfortable. It was so good that I went back the next morning. Recommend.

I haven’t been to Beagle bagel in a few months. The bagel I received today was hard not chewy but hard I was told that’s how they’ve been the last couple of months. Don’t think I’m going back.
