Piper was our waitress and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience ?Wheelchair accessibility: Our waitress, Piper helped us get paper cups with lids to help us hold our cups easier and then we needed assistance getting out to our car with our leftovers and she walked outside and helped us get to our vehicle.

Really used to enjoy going to Bonefish in Madison , but took my family from Connecticut there on Tuesday Dec 26 th and was extremely disappointed , they were out of every draft beer except one , three of us ordered Jasmine rice and when served it was actually crunchy, felt like it sat out from the day before .we were seated as far away as possible so we received very little attention

My wife and I are both doing the carnivore diet, which introduces limits when ordering at restaurants, and we typically pay for the full meal, regardless of the lack of sides or bread. Last night we had incredibly good salmon and steak, fully expecting the typical $60+ bill, only to be pleasantly surprised by a deeply discounted ticket due to our limited order! Awesome food, amazing service!

Very good food! Went here to celebrate a friend's birthday and the service was amazing! The food was very good from the appetizers to the main course. We also had excellent service from our waitress. Atmosphere was very quaint and pleasant as well. Would recommend if you're looking for a nice place for either lunch or dinner in Madison, not too expensive either compared to other places around Madison. Would recommend!

Visited this establishment for a college graduation celebration. Inside was really slow but not welcoming at all. Our server/bartender was working between the bar & us. His service was not consistent nor pleasant. He never gave us our utensils, straws & had to remind him what we needed. The chef bringing our food was more attentive & respectful than our server. He even added a drink from the bar we never ordered to our receipt. The food was the only thing going for the restaurant. Disappointing experience for a special day.

Dined here last night and was really surprised as to how the food quality had diminished. Ordered the special for filet steak with asparagus and ab house salad. Salad was very meek and wilted. Steak arrived with Brussels sprouts which I did not order. Staff quickly brought out asparagus. The issue was the steak, which was cut up in small pieces scattered around the Brussels sprouts. It looked like someone had taken left overs and cut up about three ounces of meat and put on plate. Meat was dry and tough. Thought I was getting a filet steak not what was served. So sad when fine dining turns into fast food. Had to go home and fix a sandwich.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. But the food is very bland and has hardly any seasoning. I honestly hate when a friend wants to meet here because I don’t like the food.I appreciate the free Bang Bang shrimp for Veteran’s. It is very kind and thoughtful of these companies to show appreciation. I wish I could say that the food is great but it’s not to my taste buds. But definitely a good place to visit for drinks!

Pasta was over 20 dollars and not even edible. The piece of salmon on the top was good. The dumpling was appetizer not edible, it tastes straight like salt, maybe vinegar or something from sitting on the veggies? The free piece of bread was good, and the potatoes were okay. Over $3 for a kids size sprite. With prices like these I was expecting a very good meal, I threw everything but the salmon and bread and potatoes away, over 50 dollars! My mistake. Don’t go here.

Service was slow despite being empty and the food wasn't good. I ordered several things that were obviously frozen and had no care put in to make them good. Frozen food can be excellent by the way. I wouldn't ding a place just for that. But making it worse was I ordered the "swordfish and ravioli" special. When the food came out there was no fish or the veggie side that came with it. I asked about the fish and the waitress brought out a friend to ask what I was talking about. He informed me they were out of swordfish but I could upgrade to bass. That's fine. Sea bass is more expensive, so part of me was excited despite the delay. When it came out it was under cooked and gross. We ordered three appetizers, two entrees, a few different sides, and three adult beverages. None of it was good. We tried to order more drinks and they never came.

All the fish weren't very tasteful and didn't have a lot of seasoning. The steak was alright, and the music wasn't very loud or good. The service was slow and they only gave us 1 out of 3 straws.

The bartender was outstanding! Sarahbeth was nothing short of amazing!! When we arrived we chose to sit at the bar due to our friends had already advised us to sit at the bar to receive the best service if Sarahbeth was working.....she did not disappoint! Very professional , friendly and knowledgeable about particular cocktails that we were interested in trying. The food was great and served in a timely fashion and delicious! It appeared that the bar was the most crowded on that evening but no one seem to have to wait for their drinks or have an empty glass!! Kudos! BF and Sarhbeth for a fabulous experience! We will be back!!
