Me and my family went here yesterday after church. The food was freshly cooked, divinely seasoned, and HOT (temperature). My husband got the catfish filet meal, l got the Philly cheesesteak, and our kids the chicken tender plate. All fresh and hot and seasoned to perfection. Those ladies in there were working hard and provided fantastic customer service. They had nice attitudes and were very patient and professional. These fast food workers these days get the worst attitudes when you have an order of multiple items, but they were really nice. It is much appreciated. Will be back next Sunday after church! LOL wish we would’ve taken pics of the food but we basically inhaled it, everything was so good

We’re regular customers of this location, but not after today. The man working the drive-thru window was hostile and rude for absolutely no reason; He literally got an attitude before I could even get my car window down to greet him. Never again..

We went up there to order at 9 pm on November 20th and they said they were closed. I told the guy in response that they should change the time in which google says they close and he had the audacity to say "No." 0/10 customer service skills.

We went last night 5/13/23 at 8:15PM. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before someone came out to speak. She stated quickly and loudly that they were not taking orders inside, that the drive-thru was open. Another employee came around and told her she could serve us. She in-turn, waved her hand at us in the essence of "go on and leave". There was another family inside finishing their meal and clearing their table. They commented about her rude behavior. The sign said they are open until 9 PM. Poor quality treatment of customers will not lead to continued business. I will only give Bumpers one more chance to provide quality service.
Food is always hot. Workers are very nice and pleasant!
