I don’t know for sure but it felt like they were understaffed. The employees were moving slowly and some cleaning needed to happen at the drink center. I only saw 2 people working at lunch. The food was good after finally getting it.

This place is pathetic every time I come here they are out of multiple items. The person taking your order sounds like they don't want to be there. You almost feel bad ordering more than one item from them they way they say "will there be anything else?" Every time I come here, I say I'm never doing it again yet here I am, waiting 10 minutes for them to bring out my food. Edit, I sent this too soon. Have to go back inside because half of order was wrong

They've gotten our order wrong three times in a row. I love me some burger king, I love the patty flavors. But this location can't follow the directions on the mobile order app. Just tonight, I ordered one whopper with everything on it, and one whopper with no pickles or onions. I got two whoppers with pickles and mustard - no lettuce, no tomato, no mayo, just pickles and mustard. So, they're a solid meh. Meanwhile, the Chick-fil-A across the street consistently gets our orders right.

Remember when BK was it? BK was top of the line! No more though! BK please get it together! We miss the Whoppers! Your stores are still pretty clean and well maintained. Don't see how yall stay open because your food quality has slipped so much. Really don't see how you keep the doors open. I'll keep trying every so often because we remember how great you were. We hope someday BK will figure it out and make them Whoppers good again. BK must not have any regional managers because it not just the Madison store. Maybe it will get better.

How is your broiler not up already and it's 11am??? It shows that it's very difficult for these fast food restaurants to get reliable help to show up on time and it's hurting business. Multiple customers had to walk out because Burger King, that's known for burgers, can only serve fried food because they didn't get the broiler prepped. We would be at Chick-fil-A if we wanted chicken guys 🙄

I was dining in but my food came out to go!! The tables were nasty. I ate in the parking lot of my truck. The fries were cold and my sandwich was cold. This is the worse experience I ever had at Burger King. I left Jackson to go to Madison store #10605 1874 Main Street Madison, Ms 39110 thinking of quality service. I am very disappointed!! $25.98 wasted ☹️

Horrible service couldn’t even complete my order because I was being rushed and cut off every time I spoke. they weren’t busy at all no one was behind me I even called after I got my food to say something abt the service no answer. horrible just bad never coming here again if your gonna be rude to people don’t come to work simple.

we went through the drive thru at about 7:15 and the woman was extremely rude and the woman at the window acted like she had no idea what my order was. i was very shocked as this burger king is normally very nice. at any rate, the food was very good and everything was correct despite the customer service being absolutely terrible.

Nobody was behind in the drive thru me but the lady was rushing me to take my drinks so I could pull forward in front to wait for it to be brought out to me. No ketchup, mayo, mustard, or napkins in the bag. I didn't get to ask cause she didn't give me a chance to before closing the windows after shoving the drinks at me.
