I did a pick up order from this location a couple of months ago. About 30 minutes after placing the order I arrived to pick it up and for some reason, even with no customers, the order wasn’t ready and had to wait 10-15 minutes. And it wasn’t late, this was between 6 and 7 pm. One of things I ordered was an original chicken sandwich meals which tasted like it was fried in very old grease and so did the onion rings.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced . This was always a go to Burger King. Taking my order in the drive through seemed as if I was a bother.i felt rushed . Had to pull up right after I paid . First of all, let me know if I have to pull up or not before I pay. This is so I can make that decision if I want to pull up or not. I shouldn’t have to pull up anyways . Yet and still, you still get the order wrong. I went inside after that to get my order; the lady upfront -I don’t know whether she was the manager or whoever she was. She was cursing right at the front counter, using words like MF she was talking about her “MF truck” or something And a “MF driving it.” She had no shame or problem with me right there hearing her . The guy in the back couldn’t hardly make sandwiches for widening his legs so that his pants won’t fall off. Look Burger King owner in Madison, Mississippi , it’s time to clean up the staff -every single one ..,not professional AT ALL. Food quality and time ….Terrible, just terrible . Terrible. Clean it up now. What is in this picture. .what is this ?

I walked out of the one in Madison a while back. If you go stick to the drive through...you don't want to see what goes on behind the counter. Let them keep $9 because I had zero confidence in the ability to process a refund and I wanted everything out of my sight immediately if not sooner.

Came through drive-thru girl had nasty attitude gave me my pop the top is not fully closed pop wasted all inside my car down my door and all over my leg and she looks at me as if I did something wrong very nasty attitude did not give us our receipts and took a long time without order bury your satisfied with the services 😔👎👎👎👎👎

I visited this location (11/20) during rush/lunch hour. I want to give a kudos to the team. Despite it being very busy, they maintained warm attitudes, communicated with one another, and my food was hot! The young lady on the register was new (I assume) but she greeted people as they walked in despite feeling nervous. There was someone I observed being difficult with them and very picky about certain things and yet the remained very professional and tried to accommodate her as best they could. Keep up the great work!

Always Looking closed. At night, logo sign is off, no pole light on in the parking lot. Just has a few lights on in the dining area. Not a very inviting place which explains why there's hardly any cars there when you pass by.

I ordered a ham egg cheese croissant combo with medium coke. The sandwich was room temp, the hashbrowns were greasy and undercooked, and the coke had no fizz and tasted flat.

Hardly ever go here but was in area. Ordered a plain, only cheese and was waiting on o ion rings, which was fine. But burger still had everything on it. Threw it away.

Drive thru worker attitude is as nasty and old as the food. Had me to pull up and park just to bring out old food. FOOD AINT FIT FOR A DOG TO EAT!!!
