Hardly ever go here but was in area. Ordered a plain, only cheese and was waiting on o ion rings, which was fine. But burger still had everything on it. Threw it away.

Drive thru worker attitude is as nasty and old as the food. Had me to pull up and park just to bring out old food. FOOD AINT FIT FOR A DOG TO EAT!!!
This is an older location, and while some people malign BK, the food here, at least, is as good as it ever was. I recommend the Bacon King, a no-nonsense double bacon cheeseburger of Whopper proportions. The chicken fries are a tasty little side item. Breakfast is still pretty good; it's not as iconic as McDonald's, but it's far from being bad.

I ordered the how to train your dragon meal, but that is not what I got. The meal is suppose to come with cheese sticks, viking sunday, strawberry lemonade, and the dragon flame burger. I have added a picture of what the meal is advertised to have. I would like a replacement. I tried calling but noone answered.

Never mind, 31 years of living in Madison have I experienced such Poor management of an establishment. My friend and I arrived at Burger King and they completely took our order and they took my money knowingly, knowing that their boiler to make the burgers to make our food was down. They constantly make people pull over to the side and you never get out of there in a timely manner. I highly recommend not coming here.

Literally one of the worst run Burger King locations I’ve ever been in. If they get your order right, consider yourself blessed. I ordered a ham egg and cheese croissant sandwich this morning received the flattest and saddest piece of bread with two pieces of ham on it. And don’t even bother wasting your time talking to management. The store should just be closed down because it’s an embarrassment to the Burger King franchise.
