I’ve been eating Chick-fil-A for a long time and have always had a good experience. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed. The location I visited was dirty and clearly needs more attention to cleanliness. I hope management addresses this, because it’s not the standard I expect from Chick-fil-A.

This Chik Fil a used to be very efficient and well organized. The last few times we have been there in the drive thru, they have messed up our orders, only half-filled fruit cups, did not put straws in the bag, were much slower than previously, etc. The management is going downhill or they’re not hiring good workers anymore.

This is absolutely the worst managed & slowest CFA we have ever visited across 7 different states. In addition to the restaurant being dirty, it took almost 30 minutes to receive our food—and all we order was a spicy chicken sandwich and an ice cream cone.

At first she wasn't going to give me my order until I said something and then when she gave me my order I looked in the bags and she didn't give me any straws and I was in a hurry!

Everytime I come to this chic fil i am beyond disappointed, my options are limited so I always try to get them another shot. The soft drinks are ALWAYS FLAT. I wish I could turn around right now and let them try my sprite and fries I just ordered. Absolutely disgusting. My sprite tasted like water with battery acid in it. Fries tasted like they were frozen and left out to thaw and then heated up in the microwave. Do better.

Im sorry but the whole point of getting fries here is the Chick-fil-a sauce, and when you wait in lines as long as they are here, it’s extra frustre to not receive any.
They missed my fries again. It looks deliberate at this point.

Had us waiting on our food in drive thru. Made us park on the side and still forgot about us. When I called in no one answered and when I walked up I was met with a lot of attitude. I tried to be very nice because i understood what it’s like to work in a restaurant, customer service is everything and this group sucked at it.
