Everytime I come to this chic fil i am beyond disappointed, my options are limited so I always try to get them another shot. The soft drinks are ALWAYS FLAT. I wish I could turn around right now and let them try my sprite and fries I just ordered. Absolutely disgusting. My sprite tasted like water with battery acid in it. Fries tasted like they were frozen and left out to thaw and then heated up in the microwave. Do better.

Im sorry but the whole point of getting fries here is the Chick-fil-a sauce, and when you wait in lines as long as they are here, it’s extra frustre to not receive any.

The last four times we’ve visited Chick-fil-A, an item has been missing from our pickup order. It’s incredibly frustrating to have to drive back to pick up something that should have been included the first time. While occasional mistakes are understandable, this has become a consistent issue.

Had us waiting on our food in drive thru. Made us park on the side and still forgot about us. When I called in no one answered and when I walked up I was met with a lot of attitude. I tried to be very nice because i understood what it’s like to work in a restaurant, customer service is everything and this group sucked at it.

Ordered two shakes on the wrong day I guess. They were confused on my name order and wound getting a refund.
Taylor (student at MC) took my order. He needs to be trained to be a manager. Great personality & listens exceptionally well to order request.

This is consistently the slowest and worst CFA I’ve ever been to. Always slow. The staff is not up to CFA standards at this location. While inside I was waiting for my drink while no less than 6 employees stood in front of the food area talking. Another customer was only waiting on sauce for her large take out order that they didn’t give her. We both just watched them socialize while we waited. It’s not just one time but this is the norm at the location. The food is never hot and the fries don’t seem cooked long enough. Wish they could get it together because I’m a frequent CFA customer.
