Chicken salad chick absolutely. Love it nice clean. Well, organize professional staff outgoing. The delicious food, always fresh normal size portions. Great place. Maybe not, but I think it's a healthy option.

I order a cup and a bowl of potato soup and both were cold (the cheese on top never melted) very disappointed.
Ordered Chicken BLT and The The Chick , along with sides and drinks. The Chicken BLT did not have Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomato. The The Chick was ok, just added that picture to show no bacon was mistakenly put on it. The last three times I've ordered from the Madison location the order is missing something or wrong. I've attempted contacting by phone only to leave a voicemail that was never returned. I've also provided feedback surveys and emails. Never had a reply. So, bottom line is they can't get orders correct. Doordash drivers are great! I have tried to get it another try and unfortunately things have changed. Very disappointing. I've got 500 CSC points accumulated over the last few years. Don't know if I'll try to redeem then because that would be incorrect too. Because they are consistent when it comes to inaccuracy.
Good food over all pasta salad wasa little dry but add just a touch of Italian dressing an it's just rite
