Tried the new Bacon Ranch Nachos and I have to say they were amazing. My niece tried the Bacon Ranch Quesadilla and it was delicious as well. First off the host at the front was amazing, not only did she greet us at the door she also held it open for us making it feel as though we were welcome. We were seated immediately and the waiter was quick to greet us and take our order. Not only was the service great but the food was amazing. Definitely recommend this location for anyone looking for a great dining experience with amazing customer service and delicious food.
i ordered the soup and salad deal and this is what i got for a salad! it’s smaller than my guys mash potato side and the lettuce was red and wilted ! very disappointed!

Alas, this eatery, like others in Madison, has fallen by the wayside. The food is still good, thanks to corporate standards, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. The hostess was very chatty to the couple ahead of us, but rather brusque and dismissive to us. I could understand this on a Sunday (they usually have the B-team then), but a Monday is a bit early in the week to just not want our business. Sad, but if they don't want our business, we certainly don't intend to go where we aren't wanted...

I ordered a hamburger that has mushrooms in it. I don't know what it's called, but it's delicious! I've never had a hamburger like it before. Absolutely amazing!

This Chili's is a good one, if you hit it at the right time. I sat in the bar area and had an awesome bartender/ waitress. The food arrived quick and it was good. Maybe try to avoid this place if it is super busy, that's when the problems creep in, but overall, a good place to eat.

The ribs was so tough I couldn’t eat them. The hamburger was overcooked and dried out. The food was horrible. My bill was over $50. I complained to the manager and she sent me a $10 gift card. I would never go there again and would not advise anyone to do so.

The waitress was not listening to the needs of the customers and orders was incomplete and she left her customers unattended for almost 1 and a half. Literally the cook abd others had to tend to her tables. Poor Service and they had a party of 10 that called ahead and didn't want to seat them when they arrived. I offered to give up my booth to keep them together and the waitress was like it's their problem?? Wow... they didn't know who were in their restaurant clearly!
