I’ve been going to Chili’s 40+ years, always ordered Classic Nachos. I loved them, you could pick them up to eat with your fingers without being messy. The last two visits they had been changed, they did not taste the same & they had to be eaten with a knife & fork. They were sloppy! They were nothing like before. You’ve ruined them & I will never go back again.

Very slow, food is hit or miss, no in-between. Overpriced, most of the workers especially curbside are practically non existent. Some of them are very good, but it’s just the individual standing out not the restaurant. Chilis as a whole can’t sustain this low level of customer service and high price points and expect to exist in 15 years

Disclaimer. I haven't had Chilis in YEARS but from what I remember they offered ok bar food. Well this time I can't even stand by that. We tried a trio sampler for the app, the bbq wings were slimy, the southwest egg rolls were gummy but the mozzarella sticks were ok and so were the sauces. For some dumb reason I ordered pasta. Well I paid (literally) for my mistake. The "Cajun" seasoning on top of the rubbery shrimp and bagged chicken was something I can only describe as Dollar Tree seasoning. I took one bite and was offended, I took another to be sure of the offense and yes it was definitely what I thought it was. We asked for the bill, leaving that GARBAGE to be tossed in its proper place. Idk if it's because my palate has majorly matured or it's just a demographic thing to where the tastebuds are different from state to state but I will not be returning!

Group of 20 received horrible service. Waiter Shay showed poor customer service. The group called ahead & was told table would be ready at 630. Group arrives & they tell them they don't accept phone reservations & 1 hr wait! No mam a worker said 630 after checking with her manager! OK so they weren't happy about it & waited. They confirmed a table of 20 via text to be ready by 735. They sat down at 735. I left when they were seated. Well they were split up. 8 on one side of restaurant & 12 on the other side. Group of 12 was assigned Shay as their waiter. Rude rude rude. She had an attitude from start. It was around 830 when the group stopped another waiter for help because they didn't have their food yet. Shay hadn't even been back to the table to check for refills. The manager comes over & basically accused them of just getting there saying they weren't there long. Since 735 are you kidding me?!! Then she just walked off. Shay came and said 20 minutes on the food. Wait?! They were there since 735. The group of 8 received their food & had eaten by the time the group of 12 received theirs. To make it worse the manager gives 6 of them one brownie treat as an apology and the other 6 one cookie with the ice cream. Are you serious??!!! Totally unacceptable!! I had another similar experience years ago with a group. Idk if Shay didn't want to serve a large group or she had to work a double but her behavior was unacceptable. The manager's response was unprofessional & unacceptable. If they can't handle groups then they need to turn them away. Thank you to the other waiter for assisting our young adults although the damage was done. They won't return.

we ordered 4 items for pickup. they advertised that they would txt when the order was ready. that did not happen. my brother went in finally and the staff went back into the kitchen and brought out the order. unfortunately, they did not put the soup that was ordered in with the rest and my mother (who has been very ill) was looking forward to that. the side salad that we order had mostly white iceberg lettuce with a lot of "core" (which is not appetizing at all). i did call and speak with the manager named "Jene" who assured me that i could pick up the soup tom. after church. i will do this and see what happens. i hope that i will not be disappointed.
My wife ate the southwestern eggrolls a few hours ago and has been projectile vomitting in the shower for the last 30 mins. I’ll absolutely never be back.

Absolutely horrible , the order went thru no but the customer service at Chilis was the worst experience in my life. There were 5 people waiting in pick up and no one was stationed I waited 15 minutes then asked for the manager then they told me she was outside and had been for 15 minutes she gave an order hand delivered to her man outside in car then I walked out and asked her to please help the 5 people inside she said yes but stayed another 5 minutes outside with her man , I finally got my order 48 minutes late from that establishment, please notify the owner I will never come back nor will I refer to anyone
