This is the second time in a row the same girl working the Chipotle lane prepared my online order with missing items. Last night I had a pickup order for 5:20 pm. I didn't receive my order until 6:02!! I attempted to check my food before pulling off and she, responded with, "you don't have to check it. I know it's correct." That let me know she remembered me from last time when I had to show her my online order to prove she didn't include something.

Last night I ordered a brisket bowl and added chicken. I made it home and the BRISKET MEAT COMPLETELY LEFT OFF THE BOWL, minimal chicken on the bowl and it was missing green salsa (SEE PIC WITH ORDER TICKET). The other bowl I ordered was missing the corn and salsa. Lastly, before pulling away from the drive thru I requested the vinegarette I ordered and she said they didn't have any. The guy standing behind her grabs to vinegarettes, reaches over her and hands them to me!

Well that was the last time I’ll ever eat at chipotle. The restaurant was an absolute mess so much that it had me worried to eat my food. I was about halfway through my burrito when I found a large piece of metal that came from who knows what! I’m very lucky I didn’t bite into it it would have caused serious damage to my gums. Chipotle’s been in the dumpster for years now but this has sealed the deal for me.

Found a huge hair in my quesadilla. waste of money. And its like they dont know how to make a quesadilla like other chipotle locations. The person who made my quesadilla made it look sloppy and they used 5 TORTILLAS to make which is ridiculous. So on top of the hair it was like 80% tortilla..... hopefully the ridgeland location is better....

Came into the restaurant last week bad customer service from Amiya Moore as if she was tired drained or depressed like she didn’t want to be at work was handling my food and order to my family poorly needs to replace herself if don’t want to work.

My girlfriend and I were just trying to get our food and right when we were going to pay, the cashier decided to ask if we were voting in the election this year. When we said yes, he proceeded to smugly ask who we were voting for. I said we were undecided to try and avoid the conversation and any possible confrontation. After I gave him that response, he gave us a very condescending look and attitude. The whole made my girlfriend very uncomfortable as we were just trying to get dinner, not be pried into about our political views. Will no longer be eating here after that.

Just want to note that it seems like if you comment about the workers' conditions Chipotle will take your review down.

Well I'm going to post my write up once more. People should know that this company only wants your money for a product that's just a combination of Taco Bell and Subway.

I had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. While I was ordering my food, a plastic glove fell onto the tortilla warmer, and the person assisting me did a poor job cleaning it up. The quality of the food being prepared looked low, and it made me feel pretty downhearted. I found myself questioning my life choices and why I was even there ordering or considering eating the food. I even wondered if Chipotle is aware that this store exists, or if the staff at the store feel like they're stuck in a never-ending nightmare working at Chipotle in Mississippi. At this point, I don't blame the workers themselves — I think Brian Niccol/Scott Boatwright might have created a working environment that's out of control, or perhaps he just doesn't care. I don't hold any grudge against the workers; they're just doing their job to get by. I'm frustrated by the working conditions that both the workers and the customers have to deal with.

Worst location ever. Food was entirely too expensive to forget items off the order and then argue with me about the order when I went back to get it fixed. Do yourself a favor and drive to another location because this one is awful. Worst customer service ever.

I haven’t had any issues with the food from this location besides always being shorted on onions and peppers. It’s okay but nothing special. We only order when we have a BOGO code.
