Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Order the 2 meat combo and I can say this location has changed. The portions were smaller and I was given my food in plastic bags- no brown bags with the Dickeys logo. Also my pie was small and wrapped up in plastic vs in a pie plastic container. I see the business is cutting costs while the price of the meals are increasing 😔. I won’t be returning

Dickeys has a variety of different bbq options and free ice cream with your meal. They are at their best every bit of ok. I generally the few times I dealt with Dickeys was having them out of a pure wish for bbq on a bbq holiday but unfortunately I had to work so we decided to get Dickeys as they were the only bbq place nearby and open. I can say truthfully though the bbq was not terrible it was not great either as a matter of fact I'll say the ice cream was the best part of the meal. Prices are acceptable. Atmosphere is okay and customer service was good.

This is the absolute worst location and should be permanently closed. On Saturday, May 17, I went there withy family to grab dinner. There were three workers behind the counter. We stood there, two feet in front of them, while they completely ignored us. They did even bother to say anything, like, sorry about the wait we will be with you shortly. This was the third and last time I visit this doomed location. The first two times, service was crappy, but this one tops them all. We ended up turning around and leaving and none of the employees cared to ask why we were leaving. They simply see the customer as a burden and actually earning their paycheck is apparently asking too much of them. Again, this location should be permanently closed and the employees don't deserve another job opportunity.

Ordered $100 worth of bbq for mothers day and they didn't give me the meat I ordered. Had to go all the way back. Meanwhile the rest of the food is getting cold. Very frustrating to say the least.

Horrible experience at this particular Dickey’s. The same lady that is pictured in the negative reviews below also contributed to my horrible experience. As soon as I walked in, she looked at me, slammed a trash bag down, and walked behind the counter. Never greeted me. She was having a conversation with the other lady behind the counter and just stared at me. I proceeded to speak and place my first order. She started slamming things around and walked to the register. Never asked if I wanted anything else. When I was asked about my sides by a different lady, I told her I had two more items to order. That’s when the original rude lady started mouthing off, rolling her eyes, and huffing and puffing. It got to a point where I had no other option but to walk out. I’ve never been disrespected to this extent. I’ve seen the other reviews, and to know that this behavior is still happening is disheartening. I visited Dickeys often, but will no longer eat here.

I ordered 2 baked potatoes today 3/25 when the young lady suggested that I wait just a couple of more minutes so the potatoes would soften more, just enough to soak in all the flavors. Well!! it was worth the minutes. My order was delicious and hot. The two ladies there today were very friendly and pleasant. Reminding me of back home in Dallas TX. I definitely recommend this location especially with these two ladies Cooking👀

Horrible … Brisket is was dry and absolutely no fat left on sliced doesn’t even look edible.. there was No sausage or Ribs at all Period , portion size a just terrible … if out of product you will do better going some where else to get money worth

Service was bad, ribs were old brisket was old.Overall a 1 out of 10. This female was very rude, had a nasty attitude. I told her I didn't want the end piece of the rib, she took it off the plate and threw it, saying it was extra anyway. The food was not fresh. Just thrown together. I asked the female at the register what the young lady name. She said Des like she didn't want to tell me. I asked was a manager there, she said yes. But never went and got her. I spent $ 18 on this old food and bad service. I will not over look this, something needs to be done!

Ordered and sat down waiting for food. About 10-15 minutes later we asked about food and a woman from the back came out and picked up 2 trays from an empty table in the dining area and brought to us. Obviously the food was cold, and they were not busy.
Very disappointing.

This is not my first visit to this location but it will be my last. My pull pork sandwich and macaroni and cheese was lukewarm and the macaroni and cheese was disgusting. I love pulled pork but this was horrible. It was a waste of time and money. I did not eat or enjoy my meal. DICKY’s DO BETTER! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
