Dickey's Barbecue Pit

I ordered 2 baked potatoes today 3/25 when the young lady suggested that I wait just a couple of more minutes so the potatoes would soften more, just enough to soak in all the flavors. Well!! it was worth the minutes. My order was delicious and hot. The two ladies there today were very friendly and pleasant. Reminding me of back home in Dallas TX. I definitely recommend this location especially with these two ladies Cooking👀

Horrible … Brisket is was dry and absolutely no fat left on sliced doesn’t even look edible.. there was No sausage or Ribs at all Period , portion size a just terrible … if out of product you will do better going some where else to get money worth

Service was bad, ribs were old brisket was old.Overall a 1 out of 10. This female was very rude, had a nasty attitude. I told her I didn't want the end piece of the rib, she took it off the plate and threw it, saying it was extra anyway. The food was not fresh. Just thrown together. I asked the female at the register what the young lady name. She said Des like she didn't want to tell me. I asked was a manager there, she said yes. But never went and got her. I spent $ 18 on this old food and bad service. I will not over look this, something needs to be done!

Ordered and sat down waiting for food. About 10-15 minutes later we asked about food and a woman from the back came out and picked up 2 trays from an empty table in the dining area and brought to us. Obviously the food was cold, and they were not busy.
Very disappointing.

This is not my first visit to this location but it will be my last. My pull pork sandwich and macaroni and cheese was lukewarm and the macaroni and cheese was disgusting. I love pulled pork but this was horrible. It was a waste of time and money. I did not eat or enjoy my meal. DICKY’s DO BETTER! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Have actually avoided going to this location for a few months just due to previous poor customer service and food. However, we decided to give it another go Saturday, October 5th around noon. The associates working were fantastic. They were all very nice and cordial and actually carried on conversations with us. Additionally, we both got the brisket sandwich, and it was hot with plenty of meat on the bun and the sides were hot as well. Definitely hope to have experiences like this in the future at this location!

I did not receive any sauces with my order although I selected them when ordering. So I have 4 dry sandwiches with no sauce. When calling about it, no one really seemed concerned.

There was no delivery, and I did not agree to contribute to your "recycling". On top of that, there are fees to use a credit card and requests to tip employees who hand you your food if you're doing take out. Not to mention, no prices are posted at this location - they have a menu on the wall without prices. Wait for the sticker shock.

Went to get dinner tonight, absolutely exhausted from the week. Ordered 4 meals,spent $50,get home and find out missing two meals. Done!

Food was great, and service was amazing. Sliced brisket is awesome.

My family and I went to this establishment for the first time yesterday and everything was amazing. Desiree the lady that took our order absolutely amazing. The restaurant was clean. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was wonderful as well. I will definitely be returning.

This location is the best! I called in a large order for our company and they had it ready to go within 20 minutes. The staff is very friendly and they make sure you leave with a smile. The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was upbeat. Hands down, my favorite Dickeys spot!
