This was my first time going to this dominos pizza in Madison,miss on 51.i went there because they had a special on pizza that I had to get &it saved me money.i sat down.ordered the pizza.i saw how it was made also.everybody was so friendly and kind to me.the pizza was very darn delicious and good when I got home.the special I had.i bought 2and I didn't break the bank.it was very good and helpful.we are living in times where you need to look for any special you can get &they had it.i will be back to them.the pizza was very good.

I usually enjoy my pizzas from Domino's because they make them the way I ask but last time I asked for light marinara sauce and it was absolutely swimming in it. kids wouldn't eat it it had so much sauce on it. not sure I will be ordering here again.

Not sure on food yet. The app said my pizza was ready and boxed to go… 10 minutes ago. Still here waiting as they scramble to cut pizzas but none for me yet.

Absolutely the worst service ever. Having waited over half an hour since the website indicated that the pizza had been quality checked, I called to see if the estimated delivery time of 45 minutes was accurate. When told it was, I commented that my pizza would be over an hour and 15 minutes old when I got it. I asked if he would please inspect and make a fresh pizza if it was, as I expected, crusted and dry from being in a warmer for almost an hour. It finally arrived 1.5 hours after ordering. Wesley insisted that he could not because it would count against his inventory. So, for the cost of one ball of dough, WESLEY neglected to consider that I might be a revenue stream over time. It is a flawed business model, especially for a pizza franchise selling a product with the highest margin in the food industry. I blame it on the up-line manager, who has frightened front-line managers into being measured on inventory control rather than customer satisfaction. Save your money and get a Digiorno. I spent 35$ (counting a tip) for a 14-inch, two-topping cold, dry, thin, crust pizza. That took 90 minutes to be delivered

Update. Spoke with Amethyst the store manager. Got a heartfelt apology and a 25$ store credit. Very cordial exchange. Promised to educate employees that job one was taking care of customers. Will give them a second chance.

My husband called his order in about 4:30. He was told it will be ready in 15-20 mins. I made it there at 5pm. I pulled around no one came to the window. I waited about 5 mins. I blew the horn. Someone came to the window I told them I was there to pick up an order, he looked it up said it wasn't ready said it had like 5 more mins, asked me to drive around because there was some cars behind me. I drove around came back to the window, no one was at the window. I blew my horn again. Some one else came to the window. Told him I was there to pick up an order he looked it up, never came back to the window. By this time it's 5:15-5:20. A young lady came to the register back there look like she was taking an order, she walked away I blew AGAIN, she came back I told her I was there to pick up an order she looked it up walked away didn't say 1 sec or let me check but she did came back with the pizza.

I had a problem with my order , the delivery guy never showed up , so I call them and told me there’s nothing they can do. Really bad service, I really hope you guys fire the girl that was attending the calls today (10/08/2024) at 9:30pm, she literally hanged up the call every time I called, really bad customer service attention
If there’s any way to present a formal claim, for that specific person, I would like to proceed, please let me know next steps

Ok, pizza wasn't cut correctly, and was cold and $4.87 for 3 sauces is crazy. I'm not going to return service.
