We had an overnight stay in the area on our drive from TX to TN and this place popped up when we searched for donuts by the hotel and I'm SO glad we stopped by!! Everyone was so friendly and it was such a a welcoming place! Everything looked great and tasted so good!! Some of the best donuts we have ever had! Definitely glad we stopped by!

This is my favorite go to place for my coffee. The staff is very sweet and welcoming everytime I come in. Sometimes I will get a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit to go with my coffee and they are soooo good. And of course they have delicious donuts. I haven't made it through their assortment of other breakfast pastries yet, but working so close im sure I'll stray from my usual order to enjoy their other delicious looking options. 10/10 Recommend.

These donuts just don’t have the flavor they should. The flour used kind of had a raw taste to it.

The doughnuts aren’t special but they’re still more expensive than other places. Service is chaotic at best anytime I’ve been. If two people take the same order, you’ll get two different prices. There are other doughnut places within a mile, but I’d drive an extra fifteen miles just to not go to this place.

I tried to buy some so doughnut holes and they would not sell me the amount I wanted despite a tray full. Cashier said the baker was particular and the female owner said that kids might cry if they ran out. The weirdest response and I said that I had kids at home that wanted doughnut holes too. She said that I just didn’t understand and she was right. It was a waisted trip for me and I won’t go back.

I walked in at 6am this morning to get donuts for my child’s class and other donuts for my family. I had about 3 dozen donuts to order. There was maybe 1-2 cars in the drive thru and one man checking out when I walked in. As I was ordering, the man taking my order (I am assuming it is the owner) cut me off multiple times and rudely told me to “hurry up” with my order and that he was in a “hurry”. He cut me off at least 3 times to tell me to hurry up. I have never had someone be so rude, and there is absolutely no reason someone should treat their customer that way. In a hurry or not- you show you customers who are trying to support your business respect. I should have said something then but honestly I was in shock that he could be so rude. I will not be back for a while and I will find another local donut shop to support who appreciates their customers. I will say I have been going to donut palace for years and never had much of an issue, but this experience about did me in and especially because it was coming straight from the owner.
