09/05/2025 enjoyed another great meal with our family. We’ve been going to Fernando’s for a few years now and it’s by far the best Mexican food restaurant in all of the state of Mississippi. The owner Fernando and his sister are such genuine and kind people. I’d eat here every day if I could. Thank you for the excellent food, great atmosphere, and the hospitality!!

Unfortunately, our experience at Fernando’s was extremely disappointing. We were seated outside and received only chips and salsa. For over 30 minutes, no staff member approached us to take our order—even for drinks. During this time, we observed the entire staff sitting at the bar eating together. I eventually went inside to inquire, and a young man responded that he didn’t know anyone was outside. He turned on the patio light but then returned to sit with the others, still without sending anyone to assist us. At that point, we chose to leave. The lack of attention and professionalism was unacceptable, and we will not be returning.

Wow. just wow. I wish I had a running total of how much money my husband and I have spent at this establishment. We even kept supporting this business after their bartender was charged and imprisoned for rape at the bar after hours …and 7 of their staff deported. Yeah, we kept going because Alex (the manager) had always been kind to us and we knew they were struggling to even keep this place open. Tonight I went there with a friend and ordered a frozen strawberry margarita and when it came to the table I took one sip and sent it back. It burned my throat - it was too strong. The bill comes and the $5.99 margarita is still on the ticket. I asked the waiter to remove it and he said, “they told me to charge you anyway”. 😳 I immediately asked to speak to Alex and he came to the table and decided to argue with me that it wasn’t too strong and he is the only one that “knows” the recipe. I looked at this man and said, “Alex, do you know how many drinks I’ve sent back here? NONE, ZERO, NADA” My point is : I don’t care if I said it looked like monkey eyeballs were floating in it. Say I’m so sorry and I’ll make it right. Especially to a loyal customer. I own my own business and if I ever treated one of loyal customers that way - wait, that would never happen. Needless to say, I will NEVER darken the doors of Fernando’s again. Hope $5.99 was worth it.
Beautiful restaurant. Great staff. However they skimp on the meat for the fajitas. The margaritas were great though.

Keep your eye on their bartenders.
Great place. Food portions are small for how much you pay. Food was warm not hot, and much of it looked thrown together. This was $14.99. I recommend going to Cinco de Mayo in Ridgeland.
Waste of money, the mobile truck gives you a 4 inch burrito for 17$. Absolutely a waste of time and money, highway robbery at best

TACO TUEADAY! Best kept secret in town.
It seemed like they were serving warmed over leftovers.
Food was hot but had that over-cooked consistency. Like you get from reheating leftovers more than once.
The food is Okeish here. They took a while to deliver. I ordered shrimp enchilada.
Mexican food and really cool art! great atmosphere
