The chili was not very good. It seemed to be a week old and quickly warmed up in a microwave.

The sandwiches were equally bad. They were just thrown together and fell apart while eating them.

This establishment consistently ranks among the most unwelcoming dining experiences I have encountered. Upon entering, I am met with an atmosphere of laughter and jesting from the staff. When I choose to dine here, the staff’s behavior becomes increasingly disruptive, cleaning around me and occasionally even the table I am occupying in an attempt to persuade me to leave. I am astounded by the establishment’s high rating and find it difficult to comprehend how it has achieved such a favorable reputation.

Please stop asking customers if they want the pickle when taking their order. Just discontinue them if you’re trying to control cost. Also stop asking customers if they want to round up their total to the nearest whole dollar so you can donate the extra change to the firefighters fund. I’m sick of it. We all know that extra money is going in the corporate coffers. Let corporate donate from company profits. I’m tired of companies that do this and they are losing my respect. I’ll just stay home and make my own. The small hook and ladder should be renamed the mini hook and ladder. It’s smaller than it used to be and the bag of baked lays was nothing but crumbs. No value in anything and rude unprofessional service. Cutting your cost while the customer gets the shaft.

I had an amazing experience here. I walked in, everyone greeted me with a very happy hello. I ordered my sandwich and the women helping me out was so sweet. She offered me a taste of a sauce I was hesitant about. My sandwich was made amazingly and tasted absolutely fantastic. I will definitely be coming back here

I work for a very large company in the Jackson metro area. Every Friday I am responsible for ordering our company lunch on Saturdays. We order from multiple different places but this one has been the worst and I want the owner to know we will never order from here again due to his or her super rude employee. On Friday nights I call to place large order and always have order the order called back to me and they charge the company card. But..... for some odd reason the last three times we have been told they didn't charge us for a couple sandwiches and we need to be charged. I just find that very odd after being told my order back to me. I spoke the the General manager on the phone and let her know that we will not be ordering from this location ever again since this is a continuing problem. She was extremely rude and instead of trying to make it right. She just talked badly about us to my employee and told us she will make sure we can not order from any of the firehouse locations. So instead of us spending an average of $800 a month with them, I will be taking our business elsewhere do to a rude general manager that doesn't know how to run a store. If you own a business and are looking to place a larger order for your stafff, do yourself a favor and don't go here.

Everything about the environment just screams a warm welcome! The staff were very nice and patient and they made sure that everything that I ordered was made with perfection !! MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!

The workers were friendly and greeted us when we walked in. We placed our order online, and it was ready to pickup on the right hand side of the door. The sandwiches were great!
