I normally order online but it would not come up with the full menu. Called location 5 times and on the 5th time they answered. I was put on hold for the first 3 min then the worker returned asked me what I wanted and then proceeded to talk to another customer asking them if they needed to place an order and she put me back on hold. Was on hold another 10 min she came back on finally and I said well I’m trying to order lunch and I was left on hold for 10 min. She said well are busy we have a Nissan order to get out. My thing is that should’ve been stated first thing instead of leaving me on hold. Then tells me it would be a while before I can order. It’s bad enough a couple of times my food has been raw. But the customer service at that location is horrible. Always has been that’s why I order online. Take the workers from Byram and put them in Madison! It’s understandable that the location is busy. But the attitude was not needed.

My husband got me the rib tip dinner. They were good and tender, however, the baked beans had no beans. All I had was a cup of bbq juice. Would’ve loved some beans with my juice.

I tried the mild chicken on a stick it was fresh hot and juicy...... it came with chicken potatoes onion and pickles on a stick very flavorful definitely will come back.... Oan my Ribs was 🔥🔥and juicy

We patronized this location tonight for the first time. We called in our order and it was ready upon arrival. We ordered rib tips, wings, okra and potato salad. Everything was delicious! We did have to crisp our fries up a bit once we got home. Overall, we were very satisfied and will be putting them in the rotation for future visits.

Hands down one of our favorite places to go as a family. The owners and everybody are so kind and welcoming and the food is amazing. we always get the pulled pork sandwich and ribs with okra and potato salad!

I called to order pulled pork. They accepted my order and even asked if I wanted my sauce on the sandwich. I got there and waited in the car for a bit cause last time it took awhile for my okra to cook. After waiting, I went inside to pay and this is when they tell me that they don't have pulled pork.
y'all know what i love better than food that tastes good? Good fxcking customer service. Wasted my time...didnt have the curteousy to call me back and lmk. Not even aware of what's on your own menu for the day. I'll never go there again. Then gone ask if there's something else i want... my time, some consideration. 🤬🤬🤬

I DROVE ALLLL THE WAY FROM BYRAM JUST FOR THE LADY TO TELL ME WE OUT OF RIB TIPS DIDNT TELL ME OTP THAT WE DON'T FIX UR ORDER TIL U GET HERE ... WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OF TAKING MY ORDER OVER THE PHONE !!!?? LIKE U DID HAVE MY NUMBER TO CALL ME BACK TO TELL ME THAT YA WERE OUT OF RIP TIPS BUT WAS STILL MAKING TIPS ORDER !!!
