The waitress was very arrogant.
When I got my second plate, she brought me the bill, and when I paid, I realized that an adult was overcharging me. When I asked her to complain, she changed the way she treated me. I'm not going back. 👎👎👎

Today myself my children and my sister ate here dine in at the buffet at about 6:45p.m. There weren’t many people there which is why they probably weren’t putting out fresh food. The food was not hot. The texture was giving leftovers,,?the crawfish were cold and not seasoned. The rice was cold and stale. I was not satisfied at all. The couple next to us complained as well saying it just didn’t look right and she couldn’t eat it . Pearl’s ichiban is better

Really cool place with plenty of options and great quality. The atmosphere is open and inviting, and the staff is friendly and attentive.

This used to be one of my favorite places to eat. My son and I visited after baseball practice tonight and it was AWFUL. I spit out everything I tried. This is the first time in my life that I have ever walked out of a buffet still hungry. I will not ever come back here.

Food was not good. One of the chickens tasted like fish another tasted like plastic. Egg roll tasted like it was still frozen in the middle. The service was not good either, we were sat in the buffet area and not even offered the hibachi and the server opened the book to check her tip. Will not be back here

I ate at the buffet today around 6:00 PM and was really disappointed. The food was cold, lacked flavor, and the sushi tasted like it had been made the day before. I had trouble even swallowing anything I tried. In the end, all I was offered was a $7 discount on my $50 bill.
Nice clean place. Food however was awful. All the food on buffet was cold. I could get better chinese food at any local restaurant and not pay this much.

Quick service at lunch. Delicious food, large portions, with plenty leftovers.
Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Would visit again when in the area.
Was Valentine’s Day and only had dinner portions and prices even at lunch.

The food was bland, cold in places, and the wontons tasted like they had shredded cheese in them. The deserts were super dry and tasted freezer burnt.

The Chinese food part was really good, but like the other one the “ sushi “ part was 5 different versions of a California roll with literally no raw stuff. Service wasn’t good either.

This is my family go to when we want good Chinese food but the price has gone up extremely high paid 67.36 for 2 adults and a 5 year old...They insist that you pay 15% for tip They usually add the tip to the price but today for some reason they didn't when I tell you they were running customers down for they tip I was like wow the food is good service is good but running ppl down for a tip is crazy

My husband and I went for the first time today. We looked at the signs on the front door and saw that it was $15.99 for lunch Monday-Thursday. When we got our bill it said holiday buffet $27.99. We would have never gone to a buffet and spent $27.99 per person- it’s just not worth it to us. We spoke to our waitress, she was friendly and tried to help us, but had to get the manager. We talked to a manager about it and he said that when the seafood buffet sign is out at the front by the hostess stand it means that is the pricing, no one told us this before we sat down and the sign being there, with other pricing signs behind it, does not explain it. The manager was very unwilling to help and just gave excuses, he just seemed to have a blatant disregard for customer service, which was the most striking.
