I went through the drive through and there bushes were over hanging into the drive through lane. I have a brand new truck and it scratched up my paint and scratched the plastic around my wheel. When I reported it and they had a lady call me. She was so rude, told me it's my fault and they won't fix anything. And then told me I was a liar. I will never go there again because of the way they handled it. Not even a sorry. Eat at your own risk.

Did a pickup order for lunch today, never again. For the price the portion was unbelievably small, and a side I paid for was not in the bag. Sticking to McAllister's Deli like I should have going forward.

This is the cleanest Jason’s Deli I’ve ever been to. The service was fast. The manager, James, greeted us with a smile and was patient with us, answering all questions we had. The salad bar was clean and well-stocked, impressive because we ordered at 8-something. The restaurant closes at 9. The food was fresh, not too salty. The staff was constantly making sure things were stocked and clean. Even the drink and ice cream station was clean. My mom just had surgery and this was her first time out. To have a nice encounter at a restaurant was a great experience for her.
