This place is very interesting, as the food is usually fresh, however, I order this a lot through Door Dash to my office during the day, due to being swamped at work and not being able to easily leave to go pick up something. However, my order is hardly ever correct. What I mean by correct is, if I ask for something, all ingredients that I requested are not there and most often ingredients I don't want are there--this is weird, as whoever is viewing the online orders is apparently in a rush or just really doesn't care about the quality of what is being prepared. I cannot tell you how annoying it is to order food and get it and it's not right; those of you that order food and pay these increasingly high prices, will more than likely completely understand. This is not a good look and people pay good money for your food, on top of a delivery fee, so a little bit more care and concern would be appreciated. Thanks!

FYI: I feel we all, as customers, need to start taking time to make sure to leave reviews for these organizations that are serving the public but providing poor service/poor food/ or whatever, as to warn other consumers not to give these types of organizations your money---we are the customers and we should make our voices heard, as if it were not for us these establishments would not continue to exist.

This Jersey Mikes makes the Post Office look fast and makes the government look efficient. At this point though, it's on me. It's like if your wife cheats on you 3 times and you just keep going back to her. Jersey Mikes is the wife and I'm sure I'll just accept it and keep going back.

The past 3 months service and hospitality has gone down. It’s becoming worse everyday. I work across the street so I eat here religiously and have been for years. My family is even related to the founders. Yes the Cancro’s. I really hope y’all get some management in here asap to fix this location. Attitude, poor service, no explanations for why orders are being delayed and made wrong. I am standing here now 30 minutes waiting for an on line order that was made ten minutes before my 30 minutes of eating here begun. And nobody even seems to care or take charge.

I order my lunch online so I don't have to waste my whole break waiting for my sandwich. Some of us have actual jobs to return to. So I arrive when the sub is supposed to be done and nobody has even started on it yet, then I see other people order at the counter, while I wait, and receive their order before me as I waste my entire lunch break waiting, then when I finally received my order I realize the sandwich has been sitting on the counter for quite a while after the girl made it, and nobody decided to cut it, pack it up and hand it to me while I'm standing there.
