The past 3 months service and hospitality has gone down. It’s becoming worse everyday. I work across the street so I eat here religiously and have been for years. My family is even related to the founders. Yes the Cancro’s. I really hope y’all get some management in here asap to fix this location. Attitude, poor service, no explanations for why orders are being delayed and made wrong. I am standing here now 30 minutes waiting for an on line order that was made ten minutes before my 30 minutes of eating here begun. And nobody even seems to care or take charge.

I order my lunch online so I don't have to waste my whole break waiting for my sandwich. Some of us have actual jobs to return to. So I arrive when the sub is supposed to be done and nobody has even started on it yet, then I see other people order at the counter, while I wait, and receive their order before me as I waste my entire lunch break waiting, then when I finally received my order I realize the sandwich has been sitting on the counter for quite a while after the girl made it, and nobody decided to cut it, pack it up and hand it to me while I'm standing there.

Really enjoyed a hot Philly cheesesteak sub. Veronica and the others provided quick, friendly service and were knowledgable. The ingredients were enticing, and it was difficult to decide what to order. The restaurant was clean. Definitely plan to return.

Let me start off by saying that I will never in my life go to Subway ever again. I am upset that nobody told me earlier about Jersey Mike’s. I heard about it on social media. Miss Veronica has A1 customer service. I will definitely be back. I had the Italian sub Mike’s way, and I added mayo. That is the best sandwich I have ever had in my life, and the chips were delicious

This location has far too many employees screaming/hollering and not working. I waited for a to go order for 30 minutes today while 4 employees sat in the back, played on their phone, and talked. There are only 2-3 employees that actually work. Management is wasting alot of money. The food is good, but they’re destroying the service. Do better.

Friday 5:30 pm No customers yet had to wait for them to stop their discussion around the deli case AFTER I said “uh hello??” Ordered rosemary parm bread “oh were out” ordered California with the avocado “we’re out of avocados” so I switched my sandwich got a fountain drink and left only to find the soda syrup was out and I paid almost $3 for carbonated soda water

Went in on a busy Friday night with LOTS of customers, and the team was phenomenal! Even though the line was too the door, I was still in and out in 15 minutes. They worked together to serve the customers quickly and correctly and were very friendly. You guys ROCK!
