I feel it’s especially important at this time to recognize an outstanding employee at your Gluckstadt, Mississippi location. My family and I had lunch there today, and I want to commend Alice for the incredible service she provided.

Your company is truly fortunate to have an employee like her. In today’s world, people are often quick to complain but rarely take the time to acknowledge great service. Alice made everyone feel as though they were walking into her own kitchen for lunch. I’ve never experienced that level of warmth and genuine hospitality anywhere else.

Employee watched me walk in and ignore me. I stood at register over 5 minutes, long enough for me to pull a chair to counter and sit before the sweet lady doin prep came to help me!! Wow!! 2:30 pm July 7th ( in case u want to check cameras)
