We ate at the Madison location yesterday and I LOVED the new burger option! It was delicious!! I really hope they keep it! The service was top notch and the drinks were super cold 😁
This is my favorite Keifers Location for weekend resturant visits.

Seated immediately.
30 minutes before getting a waiter.
Another 30 before getting food.
Instant diarrhea.
No thanks.

Best Greek food in Madison. Sorry to the others they just don’t compare! Fast and fresh everytime! Shout out to Zack, he’s the best waiter and is basically family at this point!

Beautiful day on the patio, and our server Shelby was great! We had falafel, a gyro, and a beef and cheddar and it was all excellent.

Food ok. Busy place. Noisy at lunch time. Server never checked back after initial serving of food. Server had personality of a wet mop.

Truly the worst place to go in Madison. Staff is extremely unprofessional. I had my server take multiple smoke breaks while we were still waiting to be served. Not to mention the kitchen staff doesn’t wear gloves nor do they properly wash their hands after they are done handling someone’s food. The food was decent but nothing special. Please do better Keifers. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any of my family or my friends.

Keifer's Madison is my go-to when I want a gyro. Their chicken gyro is so good. The chicken is tender and flavorful. Also, I love their fried cottage potatoes. Service here is always great and I have been both during lunch and dinner time and the service is always great.

I found a FINGERNAIL in my soup while eating. Usually I have a good time when eating here, but my most recent experience has ruined this restaurant for me. While eating their soup of the day (chicken gumbo) I discovered a nail clipping in my portion. We also witnessed that while a couple who was eating at a nearby table stood up to talk to us, the staff cleared their plates even though they had not finished, and when the staff was notified, they only apologized and walked off, they did nothing to compensate the couple for the rest of their uneaten meal. There were other small issues that made my experience unsatisfactory, so in all I would not recommend this restaurant.

Zack was our waiter. I cannot say enough on how excellent his service was. It was so good we asked when he works. His recommendations on food did not disappoint. The food was so good. We will be back!

Food tasted good and fresh. Nice location and fast service even with super busy. A must try. Pita with mozzarella add turkey and onions with a crispy cottage fry, a good staple. Beef/ cheese combined with suvlaki is a win, add feta on the side for dipping.

The environment and service were truly outstanding—welcoming staff and a great atmosphere. However, the Greek salad didn’t quite meet my expectations. The carrots and cauliflower had a preserved, SALTY taste, and it lacked the freshness I usually associate with this dish. The bread with hummus was tasty, though it could have been even better served a bit warmer.

It was average and priced for the area. I'm unlikely to return anytime soon.
