I sent my son here to buy three pounds of ground beef two days ago. Date says use by tomorrow. It smelled rank just now when I opened the package. Also he brought home a head of lettuce that was brown and slimy. Y’all get your ducks in a row. Food is too expensive these days to buy and throw in the trash can straight from the package!
No problems in the store.
Good produce, easy check out, and they had the whole uncut multi grain loaf of bread I like.
Would like to not be treated with disdain anytime I need deli meat.
Worst customer service I have ever witnessed, along with rude, disrespectful cashiers!
This store has a great selection
I had just finished ringing up my own groceries ( by my choice I went through self checkout) as I was leaving the lady (older/heavyset/gray shoulder length hair ) says you’re welcome…. I never said anything to her. Why would she say that to someone. I believe she felt I should have said thank you to her……she did nothing for me I rang up my groceries and bagged them. I know she was being rude. I will shop elsewhere from now on!
Constantly overcharged, have to wait long periods at desk for refund. Never anyone there. If you do not check your sales receipt, you are definitely losing money. They are now price gouging people to death . Celery last week. 1.68, this week 2.29. Every single week there is an overall increase in price. Deli Manger, rudest person you will ever meet. Check.out how many billions they have. I use to enjoy going to Kroger, now I hate it. If I were not an old lady and Kroger is close, I would definitely go somewhere else.
I have had a pricing issue probably half the times I've shopped there recently. Today I scanned a pear, which I remembered to be $1.79/lb on sale, and set it down on the scale. It rang up 1.99. I thought maybe I misremembered the price and maybe it was each vs per pound. Went back tp produce. It was in fact 1.79 per lb. Found a scale. The pear weighed .5 lbs. Decided I would try to get it fixed for a change instead of deciding it wasn't worth the time. No one was at customer service at 10:20 on a Saturday morning. This same visit I clipped a digital coupon. Didn't fix the price. The clerk checked my app I done everything right it just didn't apply. She adjusted the price. This happens all the time and I do not recall EVER having a discrepancy in my favor. Most of us don't have time to audit each item of our grocery bill. Shop at Kroger to your detriment. I'll drive the extra mile to Walmart; they are cheaper on everything so even if they screw up a price it can't be worse than Kroger and I'll save money.
Great Service and a great clean store!

Nice and peaceful shopping experience
Refused to accept my ID because it was out of state. Gladys was incredibly rude and enjoyed exercising her authority. Her suggestion was to get a brand new driver's license everytime I travel somewhere. Just brillant...
My mother placed an order a week in advance for a cake for my 21st birthday and they completely did the opposite of what she asked for. The color, details and everything was wrong not to mention the writing was horrible and they placed it in a small box so all the icing is smudged. It is absolutely ridiculous and I completely understand not wanting to work a Sunday but I do it every week at my job. Get over yourself and if you don’t like your job get a different one. Terrible service!!!
Also sells fungi things
Their pick up is a disaster. Twice I've been charged for items they didn't give me. Called them and got the "well ma'am we don't see the item on your order." It sure is. I have the receipt that says you charged me. Guess you have to call the 1 800 number and ask for a refund. Extremely rude staff. Go some where else to shop.
