They Closed the dining room over an hour early. Drove 3 hours to come to this restaurant It was locked and they were cleaning booths off but the drive through is still open. They should be ashamed of themselves! When will management actually step in instead of apologizing on the reviews??

Those kids are busy playing than actually working. Waited in line for 30 mins on 2 chiks and never got them. There was only one other car in line at the restaurant.

Today they had to have been some of the slowest mfs ever. Left the line. Wasnt about to wait 30 mins for 3 simple krystals. Not sure what happened. Waited for about 20 mins and I left to the bumpers down the road. When I passed by the Krystals again I saw the same cars still waiting! Felt bad for them. Yall let me down

Worst slider burgers we have ever had in our lives. The meat was paper thin and grey. They tasted as bad as they looked. I will never step into another Krystal in my life. If they are the only place open do yourself a favor and go get a hotdog at a corner gas station I promise it will be better.

I have always loved a good Krystal’s. Unfortunately this is not the one to visit. Service is terrible slow, and I mean terribly slow. 3 cars in front in drive through when ordered at 2:34, now 3:14 and still no food. I wish I could say this is rare, but it happens nearly every time. Time for a change or just close the location. Multiple cars are and have pulled out of line.

We stopped in on Friday, Nov 8 @ 6:15pm - I am specific with the time/date because there were only 2 workers in there and they were the most polite and pleasant people at any fast food place I've been to in years, especially a Krystal's. The decline of Krystal's locations over the past several years is a disappointment but these 2 young men and the food they served us was wonderful! I told my husband I wanted to tip them but wasn't sure if that was allowed. They were busy so we had to wait about 15 minutes but we understood, seeing as how it was only 2 of them. We live about an hour south of this location but I would drive there anytime, as long as I knew these 2 guys were working bc the food was THAT good! I hope the manager/owner sees this and finds out who these guys were and give them acknowledgement. It's very rare to have workers such as them.
Parking: We were pulling a camper and they had spots for us to be able to back in to, which was nice.
Better experience than I’ve had in years with this location. Burgers were fresh and buns were perfectly steamed. Fries were hot and salty. Still took longer than it should but a definite improvement!

I was in this restaurant on 10/5/24 and it was not busy that night. I ordered my food and it took close to 30 minutes to get the wrong order. There were 3 employees there and all they did was play, joke, and say the N-Word. After about 30 minutes of waiting I asked for a refund and they refused by saying my order was ready. It was the wrong order. So I asked for a refund again and they refused again. The dining area was also dirty and looks like it haven’t been cleaned all shift. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This place has gone downhill badly! Service is slow, prices are ridiculous and the quality of the food is a joke! Don't waste ur time or money
