I have never had Krystal burgers as sloppy as the ones I picked up tonight. So soggy and thrown in the box. On one burger the cheese was there but it was just in the box, not on the burger. Sadly, at Krystal I’ve learned to not expect much but this was so much worse than I’ve ever had. Worst ever. Oh and don’t Kystals have pickles? I had zero pickles on all four of my Krystals. Again, worst ever.

Ordering and waiting 35 mins is just ridiculous for “fast food”! I only get an hour for lunch, I can’t wait 30 or 40 mins. How, or why is this place so slow?

They Closed the dining room over an hour early. Drove 3 hours to come to this restaurant It was locked and they were cleaning booths off but the drive through is still open. They should be ashamed of themselves! When will management actually step in instead of apologizing on the reviews??

I always order in the drive through. Krystal’s is a must have every time I return home to visit.
Not sure what this issue is but this location is suppose to be 24/7 10:24 they are close and the times I have stoppped at 11pm or 12am they are always closed 🤦🏾♂️

Waited for about 20 mins and I left to the bumpers down the road. When I passed by the Krystals again I saw the same cars still waiting! Felt bad for them. Yall let me down

Worst slider burgers we have ever had in our lives. The meat was paper thin and grey. They tasted as bad as they looked. I will never step into another Krystal in my life. If they are the only place open do yourself a favor and go get a hotdog at a corner gas station I promise it will be better.
