We stopped in on Friday, Nov 8 @ 6:15pm - I am specific with the time/date because there were only 2 workers in there and they were the most polite and pleasant people at any fast food place I've been to in years, especially a Krystal's. The decline of Krystal's locations over the past several years is a disappointment but these 2 young men and the food they served us was wonderful! I told my husband I wanted to tip them but wasn't sure if that was allowed....
Better experience than I’ve had in years with this location. Burgers were fresh and buns were perfectly steamed. Fries were hot and salty. Still took longer than it should but a definite improvement!
I went through the drive in this past Sunday (August 6 @ noontime). My order was a sack of 12, fries and 3 Chicken. The lady that took my order said "are you aware of how much the chicken cost? It's $4.00". I told her that would be fine. We drove around and paid. She saw my little dog in the backseat and gave me Milk Bones for Trixie.
