I have always patronized the Madison (and Flowood) Longhorn establishments and both have a similar issue: the carpets. They are absolutely disgustingly smelly and something needs to be done about this. I can't think of a single other restaurant or chain with an issue of smelling like Longhorn Madison/Flowood. Madison is the worst! I love the food, but Jesus the carpets have to go! It's like dirty mop water mixed with mildew. Can someone please put some love into these...

I am giving 4 stars because there were issues with bathrooms. We were able to use them before leaving.
Service was prompt. Our waitress was attentive, accurate and very polite.

Clean place. Good food. Lunch is a better time than dinner. We been here several times. They have issues keeping wait staff at this location. Don’t think they get tipped well here. You maybe might try offering a tip up front? Not sure but every time we been it’s always a brand new server. If you don’t mind the wait, you’ll get some pretty good food. Beautiful restaurant, but service is usually lacking. We have never had unfriendly or bad service here, it’s just missing....
