This morning I was disappointment in service, or lack thereof that I received. I came by because they are the closest to my home…walked in and was not greeted by either of the two ladies this morning. They were holding a conversation with a customer (which I’m definitely not complaining about), but not once was I greeted the whole time I was in the store. So as I was waiting, another customer walked in, and when the ladies finished the conversation, they asked the customer after me how they could help her. My feeling was that my business wasn’t valued so I left and went across the highway, out of my way, to get my products. I did not find this customer service acceptable and hope measures can be put in place for this to not happen to any customer again.

this is the BEST loaded tea place in madison!!! they make the BEST teas and take their time but are effecient and make sure they can get it for you ASAP! They ask questions so they make sure they do what's best for you and your needs! they have soooo many regulars and that says something. they also have the SWEETEST girls working there.10/10!

I love all the ladies that are in there they are extremely nice and very helpful. Today was the only day were I felt like my business wasn’t wanted. There was an older lady in there that I have only seen a couple times but not often and when I said my order she rolled her eyes and sorta came off with an attitude like I bothered her by coming in but as soon as someone else came in she seemed super helpful. The younger girl in there tho was really sweet and had a great attitude. I normally don’t have a problem with this tea place so I will go back and hopefully next time I have a better experience.

I went in today to grab a tea, I don’t usually come here but i loved it. The girls were SO nice, they made my tea very quickly and it tasted amazing! I will be back. I definitely recommend stopping by!

I usually don’t come this way but since I was in the area I decided to stop by and try a tea! It was great! The atmosphere was great, the customer service was amazing, and my tea taste so good! I highly recommend! I will be back!!
