Called in an order for pick up to personally place my order for a pepperoni pizza on thin crust, with no cheese. I receive the first pizza and it was wrong, but be mindful o spoke with two employees just placing the order for accuracy (and the order was read back to me). They offered to remake the pizza and still made it wrong, it wasn’t on thin crust. And this was after reiterating what the order should have been several times to multiple staff in store. Being I have to go to work and already wasted an hour standing in Pizza Hut I couldn’t even get it corrected. I need the staff that worked there a year ago to return, I never had issues with them. This store is on the decline, they use to be great.

While growing up in Madison ! I’ve never had a bad rude experience! The manger on duty 3/24/25 !!!!!! We came in for lunch as usual they didn’t not take our 100$ bill saying no change ok cool went to the bank got change before leaving she yelled !!!! Make sure it’s real out loud and everyone in the store looked at us crazy it was so embarrassing! (Why make sure it’s real if it’s no change???? ) She was Loud and rude and when I expressed how I felt she got even louder ! REAL GHETTO REAL RUDE ! Typically behavior! 😫 yall should do better with mangement ! and they legit took 30 mins to put fresh pizza out everything dry and cold

Let me first say the food and pizza was superb. It's not thelication but the workers on shift of the night of sale. The fois is amazing. If management takes control of whom operated at night would make a great difference at this location. I'm from Georgia and Visit different pizza every across the south. The food is not the problem staff is. I recommend this place and knowledge the food is awesome. I would eat here again.

This place is a terrible place to go eat. First of all the lady that took our order clearly didn't want to be there and had the attitude to match. There was one other family in there besides us, and my pizza took at least 45 minutes to come to the table. When it finally came, it was the wrong crust. When I asked the lady about it she said it is the right crust. It wasn't! She lied. She knew she lied! I ordered pan, it was a hand tossed. The gentleman in the other group that was there besides us also received a wrong order. The ice machine's lid had dirt on it that looked like mold. I don't want to know what it looks like on the inside. If they can't handle just two groups of customers it has to be horrible to be there when it's busy, although I can't believe it's busy all that often with this kind of service.

I would give negative stars if I could! This place was absolutely disgusting and how ironic they don’t give refunds. I will be turning into the corporate and calling the health department.
We attempted to visit this restaurant last night, but we were denied by the server and the manager because they were already closing their salad bar at 7:30 pm. The young man that was in the restaurant couldn't have cared less if we ate there and told us that we couldn't get salad even though he had just started to remove the first items from the bar and they were still right in front of him. We called the manager to make sure that this was correct information and she new about this event since they weren't supposed to close until 9:00 pm. Turns out it was her idea. She didn't seem very inviting either. I wish I could give them negative stars.

We usually go to this location every other week rotating with another place after church on Sundays. The previous time we went, on October 20th they were apparently not prepared for lunch buffet time because there were periods of time where there were no pizzas out and customers were waiting. I witness several angry customers and some that even had to be refunded. That was ok for us, we brushed that one off.
We went today (November 3rd) and paid for everything. I went over to get drinks and there were no kids, no forks, and no knives. I have two young kids so kids are important and I have to cut the youngest child’s pizza up and I like to cut my salad up. I went to the guy up front who either hates his life or his job, or both to ask him if he had kids, a knife, and a fork. He used his intelligence to let me know they were beside the drink machine. I shot it down and told him they were out. He proceeded to give me one plastic fork. Another lady came up front so I asked her if she had any lids and a knife. She said she would get some. I waited there for a few minutes and never saw her again. I had to get back to my kids and get them situation. I then went back to the pizza window and yelled to them in the back to ask them if they had any knives. No one looked up and acknowledged but I did hear someone say they were washing some.
Another issue is that they rarely ever put the desert pizza out. We were there for about an hour and only saw one desert pizza come out which my wife and kids enjoy but it goes quick if you aren’t just standing up there.
Towards the end of our meal they finally brought sleeves of lids out which was about 40 minutes after I asked but never brought knives out, ever.
If this was my business I would replace staff and management with someone that is able to “manage” properly and be ready for lunch rush and also hire competent employees.
My family won’t be back to this place and I can’t recommend anyone to actually go. I don’t think there are any other pizza buffet locations nearby but I think we will be taking our business to Pizza Shack up the road and just wait for an order.

We ordered kids personal cheese pizza and a large thin pepperoni and cheese dippers . We also had 3 side salads from the salad bar which was not very clean appearing and made me nauseous. No other families were even in the store eating when we got there . Another family came about 30 minutes later but got their food about 30 minutes before us . We ordered at 6:45 pm and finally received that kids pizza at 8:35 pm which was shortly anfter getting the cheese dippers . After that they brought another families pizza to our table which wasn’t our order . Then finally after they got it straightened out and I told them it was unacceptable , they brought the pepperoni 🍕 but the employee seemed very dismissive about it and unapologetic saying oh yes that was a mix up but it’s been back there ready. ( it’s just wasn’t on our table ) We were very hungry by that time and they did not offer any compensation. We will not be back to that store and do not recommend anyone else to either . Should have ordered in I guess ……would have been faster and less expensive for what we got . Also noted Christmas music playing the entire visit but just serviced trick or treaters last night.

This review is done in the interest of being useful. I ordered online and went to pick up my order. I ordered two medium sized hand tossed pizza's from the create your own section and one small veggie pizza. The young man at the front and I were talking and he stated that the sub shop next door took a lot of their customers - perhaps I can answer this question. The three pizza's we got from your store were skimpy on toppings with a full 1 1/2 inch of crust that was hard and useless to eat ( a full 1 1/2 with no sauce and no toppings). I can make a better pizza at home with a Chef Boyardee kit! 10 years ago the quality was better. What has happened to this franchise? Mazzio's was my go to for a quality pizza. I be honest the Pizza Shack does a better pizza than you guys do at present. Sorry to be to frank, but it is true.
