Cashier so rude at this McDonald’s. The tables were filthy and I’d asked for a rag to clean it and I think that’s what made the cashier so angry.
make sure your employees mics are muted when they talk trash to each other. make sure employees are looking at the screen to figure out what orders are next in line. endless amounts of complaints. this is the worst business in Madison. not just food in Madison. out of all businesses in Madison this is objectively and factually the worst.
McDonalds on Hwy 51 in Madison has the worst customer service of any fast food place I’ve ever been to. I would share more details but there is apparently a character limit for this post.
