make sure your employees mics are muted when they talk trash to each other. make sure employees are looking at the screen to figure out what orders are next in line. endless amounts of complaints. this is the worst business in Madison. not just food in Madison. out of all businesses in Madison this is objectively and factually the worst.
McDonalds on Hwy 51 in Madison has the worst customer service of any fast food place I’ve ever been to. I would share more details but there is apparently a character limit for this post.
I have ordered through the mobile app twice. Both times the order was completely wrong with items that were not ordered. The girl who brought it acted either completely aloof or just doesn’t care. Seemed nonchalant when I told them what I ordered. Asked if I really did and I said here’s the receipt. Big difference between a biscuit and a bagel, either way I had a B. I give them a F. Worst service and energy ever.
