This restaurant is terrible. It’s a long wait inside because no one is at the front taking orders. The kiosk is broken. No staff checks in on the front until orders are done which takes a long time. The manager refused the guy in front of me a refund for not having his apple pies because he didn’t want to wait. The staff ignores indoor customers. The service is terrible. The wait is terrible.

Stay away from the location. No drive thru. No kiosk. No inside. Stay away from it. If you read this and go, it’s your fault. Have fun waiting 30 minutes in a drive thru line stuck because you can’t leave.

Was on crutches and although I got in I was having our order brought to our table… it never showed… tried to get manager to come to me never did… DO NOT GO!

Kiosk did not work. Made you go to the register. Cashier was unenthusiastic and mostly ignored us . Tables were filthy. I asked for a rag to wipe the table, and cashier said ok, then walked away to talk to a customer. She returned to register and asked to take someone else’s’ order. I had to ask for a rag 3 times before she got one for me so I could CLEAN THE TABLES!! Ridiculous!!
Once we FINALLY received our food, my fish filet was stone cold, French fries were dumped upside down in the bag and we didn’t have ketchup. I went back to the counter. The cashier looked straight at me so I asked for ketchup. She said she was busy taking an order. I told her she had been rude to me earlier and I just want some ketchup. She argued that I was rude which was a lie. Up until then I had been very patient while waiting for her to acknowledge me. So I leaned over the counter and asked workers in the back for ketchup because cashier would not give me any.
I hate to pull the race card, but I know she was ignoring me because I was white. The cashier was a cute black girl with long straight hair. But her attitude was very ugly.
I used to love McDonalds. My first job was with McDonalds in 1974. I will NEVER go to this location again!!!

Ordered sausage and egg biscuit combo. Instead received egg & cheese biscuit with no sausage patty. Should’ve checked order before driving off from drive-thru. It wasn’t that busy at the time, so it was just a case of doing a half-ass job. Just be sure to check your order before driving off.

I wish there a negative rating for this place. The intercom wasn't working. I sat in line for 20 minutes only for the person working the window to refuse to help me or take my order. She yelled at me and called me a liar. She was also yelling at her co-worker. She should be fired immediately. I will never go to another McDonalds anywhere again. The place was a mess- trash everywhere inside and smelled horrible.
