This location has a newly renovated facility and indoor play place which is really nice. The facility and play place was clean. The food was okay. Maybe I just didn't order the right sandwich. However I really enjoyed a hot latte. That was really nice and far cheaper and better than Starbucks.

This is worst McDonald's in central Mississippi if not the state. Plan on being in drive thru 10 to 15 minutes. Food is not consistent an no one knows how to Smile or say thank you. I was a very regular customer. Ill drive to Ridgeland location, different owner, for better food an attitude where they always smile.

Play area had no soap in bathroom and no hand sanitizer on the wall. Went to order on self order station and the credit card scanner was out on 3 of 4 units. So it said to print the receipt and pay at counter.Printer then didn’t work to take to counter. Food was mediocre at best and that’s for McDonald’s standards. My deluxe chicken sandwich only came with sauce, nothing else. Kids ate one chicken nugget each and didn’t want the rest cause taste so bad. Ordered Pokémon cards with happy meal….didn’t receive those. Multiple monitors were damaged or not working. Some of the cameras in store were dangling from ceiling. So this place is crap basically. My son said when we left, “can we go home and have real food”. That should say it all.

Just stopped by, & this mc Donald’s location lacks. The fries are stale & the sauces are missing. To top it off the coffee is disgusting. It taste watered down with no hint of caramel and a splash of coffee. 👎🏼

My daughter ordered the caramel Frappuccino thing she ordered 2 of them. The young lady who was the window passing the items out didn't say good morning, didn't say thank you. I guess she was mad because I asked for some straws. She slammed that window so hard. All I can is I'm glad I grew up.. If you don't want to work stay home

make sure your employees mics are muted when they talk trash to each other. make sure employees are looking at the screen to figure out what orders are next in line. endless amounts of complaints. this is the worst business in Madison. not just food in Madison. out of all businesses in Madison this is objectively and factually the worst.

The employees here will not acknowledge you as a human. You can be 2 feet from them talking to them and they will walk away without making eye contact. Anywhere else would be better. Anywhere else, like the gas station across the street.

I brought my 2 daughters here to eat today, we got here probably around 3:30pm, ordered their food and the service was great, it came out probably about 10 to 15 minutes after I ordered it. At 4:15pm, I ordered them vanilla sundaes and it took them until 4:50pm to realize that they forgot to bring out my order. This McDonald's is supposed to be better than the metro Jackson area McDonald's. Service just needs to get a lot better and take care of their customers since they are also in the customer service business.
