This location has a newly renovated facility and indoor play place which is really nice. The facility and play place was clean. The food was okay. Maybe I just didn't order the right sandwich. However I really enjoyed a hot latte. That was really nice and far cheaper and better than Starbucks.
I brought my 2 daughters here to eat today, we got here probably around 3:30pm, ordered their food and the service was great, it came out probably about 10 to 15 minutes after I ordered it. At 4:15pm, I ordered them vanilla sundaes and it took them until 4:50pm to realize that they forgot to bring out my order. This McDonald's is supposed to be better than the metro Jackson area McDonald's. Service just needs to get a lot better and take care of their customers since...
I ordered mobile so I can get back to work and have time to eat an all I ordered was a cheeseburger that was bagged but sitting on the counter an even though I specifically asked for the bag I still had to wait thru an argument and 2 other DoorDash orders before I could receive my order. A 22 minute process could’ve only took 5 minutes max
