Went in 1 hour 15 minutes before closing on 3/23/25. They didn’t have guac (which my burrito came with) didn’t have black beans, didnt add sour cream to my burrito which it came with per the menu. They were also out of chips. They charged full prices for my burrito despite being out of what is “extra cost” for some meals. I shoukd not have been charged the full amount. They were already cleaning before store was 30 minutes till close. Didnt greet me when i walked in. I was ordering and workers were talking to each other and i had to repeat myself due to them not paying attention.

They offer piss poor food portions. Not enough to feed a bird. If you want extra meat you have to pay extra. Drinks are too expensive. Napkins are poor quality. If going to spend this much might as well go to a restaurant instead

They are lazy and will heat your food on the quesadilla press... use the grill! Start using the grill like the other locations. The quesadilla press doesnt make it crispy enough and makes it soggy. Was about 2 hours before close so that cant be an excuse. Your already paying $20 for a meal

Veggie salad bowl was good. Restaurant floor was dirty. Serving line was a bit messy. Line was held up for 5 minutes due to a lady getting a discount on some queso that the cashier couldn't figure out.
The food was good. Staff seemed overwhelmed but got the food out. Overall, I would definitely come back and have another bite.

I took my elderly parents for lunch today and we had a great experience. The staff could not have been any kinder. They offered to take our order at the table because my mother is on a walker and cannot stand at the counter to order. The manager helped carry the food to the table and checked on us several times while we were eating. The food was fresh and delicious as well as the restaurant being extremely clean. We will definitely be back regularly.
