Wow! Talk about service! Amanda gave a 5 star experience! She gave a meal recommendation that turned out to be delicious. She was attentive, personable, professional. All the things you want in a dining experience. This is the kind of service that has you coming in asking if a particular someone is working today. Thank you, Amanda! Excellent service and cheap
Place a to go order over the phone. The staff said it was a twenty minutes wait. Made it to pick up at exactly 20 minutes. Food was cold as if it had been sitting for an hour. Please please check your to go orders. I was likely given someone's else order that didnt pick up. Unfortunately, I didnt have time address so it could be remade
At first I was hesitant to try this place because of the previous reviews, but we were staying at a hotel adjacent to this shopping center so we gave it a go. We got a pick up order of queso, 3 carne asada tacos with hot salsa and chicken fajitas. The food is SO GOOD! Authentic Mexican food and not so much TexMex if thatâs what youâre used to. The queso, chicken, carne asada, rice, and beans were all seasoned well with good flavor and the portions were generous! I say ignore the negative comments and give it a try if you want some authentic and tasty Mexican food!
Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience.
The service was very basic and lacked any special attention. The food was below average, and the steak I ordered was overcooked and tough. I also noticed that the cleanliness of the place wasnât the best. Overall, I donât think Iâll be coming back.
Great experience tonight. The food and service was excellent. I got the Carnitas street tacos, and they were fantastic! Hubby got chicken and steak fajitas which were also very good. Two margaritas ⌠perfect! We will be back!

My husband and I have been coming here ever since I moved from California. it has been great, we always order the parillada mixta for 2 people. It was always good. We went about 2 weeks ago and it was awful! The pork wasnât cooked and had a weird taste. ( the pork was old) my husband and I are Hispanic so we know good food. We let the server know and he was VERY RUDE! He called the manager and it was a girl. I was trying to tell her the pork is bad and they brought me new pork. I wanted a new one because it has been contaminated! I didnât want to eat off the plate if all the food was mixed in the pork that was bad. She offered âhalfâ off which wasnât even Half off more like 5% I was so defeated I didnât even want to fight about it. I just wanted a new order. But she didnât offer that. She just said Iâll give you âhalfâ off. We didnât even eat âhalfâ We werenât trying to be problematic but I have bad digestion so I canât eat bad food or I will literally be sick for days. Hopefully. Itâs not like that again! Like I said every time we went it was great except last time.

My to-go order of food was so salty that was was not ateable. I just threw away my $25.97 for swimp chimichanga. So strange that I ordered my food with special instructions and it was made perfectly according to order. Again, it was so salty that I could not eat it. Will not be going back to the Madison location. If I had dined in I would have at least been able to send it back.
