My husband and I have been coming here ever since I moved from California. it has been great, we always order the parillada mixta for 2 people. It was always good. We went about 2 weeks ago and it was awful! The pork wasn’t cooked and had a weird taste. ( the pork was old) my husband and I are Hispanic so we know good food. We let the server know and he was VERY RUDE! He called the manager and it was a girl. I was trying to tell her the pork is bad and they brought me new pork. I wanted a new one because it has been contaminated! I didn’t want to eat off the plate if all the food was mixed in the pork that was bad. She offered “half” off which wasn’t even Half off more like 5% I was so defeated I didn’t even want to fight about it. I just wanted a new order. But she didn’t offer that. She just said I’ll give you “half” off. We didn’t even eat “half” We weren’t trying to be problematic but I have bad digestion so I can’t eat bad food or I will literally be sick for days. Hopefully. It’s not like that again! Like I said every time we went it was great except last time.

My to-go order of food was so salty that was was not ateable. I just threw away my $25.97 for swimp chimichanga. So strange that I ordered my food with special instructions and it was made perfectly according to order. Again, it was so salty that I could not eat it. Will not be going back to the Madison location. If I had dined in I would have at least been able to send it back.

The food is mediocre. I had a taco and the meat was horrible. It tasted like something out of a can. The service is good and most items are decent. The chips are not great either. It's okay and noot crowded. It's fairly clean and gas outdoor seating. They also have alcohol and beer, so that's a major plus.

Ight bruh so this restaurant called papitos in Madison is super good tbh I’ve tried everything on that menu so I would know yk But before I tell yall bout papitos there’s this host there at papitos and he cool and fine ?he fat but it’s okay I’m getting off topic but see I got a home boy that be here more to than I do I’m talking bout every day as soon as they open till they close smh ?. But he super friendly he got some skinny ahh legs I’m talking bout to the bone bruh but he super chill the bout 92 but he super talkative and idk how he be driving to here everyday cause I know he don’t walk with them skinny legs but yk hit my boy up. I’m getting off topic but papitos really is a good place and the atmosphere is full with a lot of positive energy and a lot of talkative and chill people highly recommend

literally setting here,as I speak.the bar area stinks!! i finally had to ask to be moved,as the smell of sewer ,Sour smell was overwhelming. .this is the worst food, scared to eat it, the margarita is bland,the cheap alcohol in it is disgusting, but it doesn’t even gave a sweet taste to it at all. the server,couldn't understand much. our chicken wings were not done all the way, the chicken nachos were rubbery...bland..my sons chicken strips was about the best thing we had..
