I have ordered from this location almost weekly since we moved to MS, but I will not be going back. Sloppy time management, rude employees, a lack of concern over the amount of people's time they've wasted because they choose not to prepare for a day that is busy beginning three days in advance, and a corporate call center staffed completely by people who are incompetent are all reasons to spend my time and money with a different company. Had they bothered to answer the phone and communicate with me, I'd have had no problem waiting an hour for our delivery. But the lack of even mediocre service, concern, and effort on the part of the employees at this location and Pizza Hut as a corporation is astounding. The food is not good enough in quality or taste to be worth this frustration.

App said my order was delivered at 6:33. It was not. Drove to the restaurant and they refused to refund my money. Delivery person called at 7:18 saying he was at my door. Got food at 7:49 completely cold and inedible. I was told they have to mark it as delivered to get the computer to work. Absolutely unacceptable.

The rudest staff I’ve ever experienced for no reason???. The manager Mary continuously yelled at me and didn’t apologize once for messing up my order, told me if I wanted my money back I would have to come and get it even though I ordered delivery. Upon coming to get the refund I was then told I couldn’t get a refund, waste of money, time and gas. They’re truly on some kind of power trip in there. The names Mary, Dina Logan and Elizabeth were given to me but I’m sure they’re fake names.

Have had multiple order issues. The latest being ordering well before close and it never showing up. Has happened a couple of times now and I’m not trying again. Chat support also was of no help. Submitted order details up front but was still asked multiple times.

This store has the worst customer service. Always act like they’re inconvenienced by the people there to pick up. Waited 5 minutes at the counter without so much as hello just for a woman to come out and cop an attitude that I had the audacity to ask for help. Their only saving grace is the quality is usually great.

I truly do not understand how this place is still in business. My kids ask for it every few months and every few months I’m reminded that they are the very worst run business I’ve ever dealt with. Waiting hours to get cold, crappy pizza and then having management that lies when you call isn’t how to treat customers.

I truly would not even give them any stars! They just suck!
They go through DoorDash and claim they are done and delivered when they are not! The mgr. and Pizza Hut tells you that Door Dash stole your Pizza and your money so if you want a refund you have to go through them! what a JOKE!

It’s just such a hit or miss. Rarely you will get a phenomenal pizza, occasionally one will be completely awful. Most are mediocre in some way. Too little of this, too much of that, not hot enough or sort of overcooked, sometimes so greasy the crust is the consistency of a blanket. I just wish I could count on getting pizza that was consistent so I would know what to order and what to avoid.

One of the drivers is extremely nice and we love him, door dash is what you would expect. Typically on time, the nice thing is that when Pizza Hut does not have a driver on hand and uses door dash you don’t have to pay door dashes falsely inflated prices you would had you used their site.

Not much can be said about the atmosphere, there is no dining in, I will say the last time there was a mix up due to them checking off steps to keep a high score and I was wondering where my pizza was when it said delivered, I drove up there extremely mad but they were very apologetic and kindly made me a new pizza and offered a free drink.

I really just wish I could expect consistency instead of uncertainty. We also select extra cheese for every pizza, we are afraid of what a pizza would be like without “extra cheese” I think it wouldn’t have any cheese.

We really need a Papa John’s…

Vegetarian options: There is no vegetarian section of the menu specifically, but it is easy to put together meatless options.

9/21/2024 An Employee was vaping and told me he wasn’t taking any more orders, it’s 9:00 and your hours say your open until 11:00pm, another employee walks up and says she’s not taking any orders told another employee to take my order. WOW!?! What’s going on at Pizza Hut in Gluckstadt??? Good Customer Service has become EXTINCT now days! This is SAD I don’t know who the owner/manager is at this location but here’s a tip. You need to visit your store more often, and be more selective of who you hire at your store. This is unacceptable behavior. I will never visit this location again!

The Gluckstadt store manager sending out false out for delivery notifications. I received a notification over 40 minutes after I received an out for delivery notification. When I called the store my order still in the store. He’s trying to keep his times low.

The company, JJB Pizza, that runs this franchise does not care about customer issues or addressing those issues. My pizza and wings were ordered at 6:30 PM, and they were marked delivered at 7:00 PM. They showed up at my door at 7:30 PM. All of the items were cold and went into the trash. I filed multiple communications through Pizza Hut with the promise that store leadership would follow up with me. Dana Logan with JJB Pizza did follow up via email, but she did not offer any solution. I was told that I would be refunded, but that never happened. It looks like store employees mark items complete to make metrics, and the leadership of this group of franchises does the same. Go to Sal and Mookies, Dominoes, or Johnnys instead of this place. I have had an order arrive two and a half hours late and cold previously. I just let it go. There are huge issues with leadership here.
