I thought it was really good. Unfortunately, my accompaniment was less impressed. Probably my fault for picking something a tad too exotic for their tastes, but usually I'm the picky one. I hope to get them to return and pick something more their speed.

Stopped by Pizza Shack in Madison for a quick bite. The pizza itself was good, hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. I ordered the Carnivore personal pizza and it definitely hit the spot.
The service, however, was mixed. The gentleman I spoke with (likely the manager or owner) was excellent, friendly, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, the young lady at the counter seemed rushed and gave off the impression that we were inconveniencing her by ordering. Her attitude really brought down the experience.
With some improvement in customer service, this could easily be a 4- or 5-star spot. The food has potential, but service matters too.

I was visiting family and my sister insisted this was the BEST pizza ever. And she is correct. I tried the Greek pizza - the flavors, the freshness, the portion size - absolutely perfect. Definitely worth visiting again!

So disappointed. I haven’t had a pizza in a year at least and this was my go-to place. A lot has changed. Thin and crispy crust was soggy. Paid for extra sauce and hardly got any. Overall taste of veggie pizza was totally different than in the past. A waste of $23. I won’t be going back.
