I bought a two-piece white meat combo in addition to 3 tenders, and for a moment I thought they'd forgotten a second piece of chicken, but then I discovered what they call a wing hiding under the breast. The wing was about the size of my big toe. In my opinion that piece of chicken should have been thrown in the garbage, not served to a customer that's paying extra for a white meat combo. The staff was wonderful and everything was very tasty, but the Bantam hen sized wing was both funny and kinda sad. I always buy extra biscuits and I drive home where I have drinks not offered at Popeyes, so in the future I will buy two breasts and a side, instead of a combo. I did not call, but in the past when they've gotten the order wrong, they've made good on it, so I'm giving them five stars for food, service and atmosphere.

Man o man!! My family loves Popeyes but lately ever one we visit leaves us disappointed. We were headed to Jackson to visit my uncle and stopped at this one. We were blown away at the fresh out the grease chicken that was seasoned to perfection and the biscuits and fries were fresh as well. It was so good we thought about turning around and going back for more. We decided that whenever we're close to this one it's an automatic stop. Keep up the great service and kicking out fresh chicken. Love that chicken from Popeyes!!!

This has to be the WORST Popeyes in the area. NEVER have any chicken ready. Don't even sale fries after a certain time. But they always outside talking and playing. Could be cooking chicken and fries but instead so caught up in trying to close early that they tell you they don't have it. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED EATING

Ordered online and had to wait 25 minutes after order was supposed to be ready. Always terribly slow. Don't know why I keep going here but pretty sure this was my last time.
The chicken is normally well seasoned, but that day is lacking, and dried out. And the cashier seemed to have a "jazzy" attitude, that didn't match the upbeat jazz music that was playing over the speakers.
