I ordered a box combo and two of my strips were the size of chicken nuggets, nor were they hot..cheat day ruined😔 but the customer service is always great

Drive-thru was fast for how busy it was. But... what in the seasonless chicken is going on here... I usually love Cane's bc it is seasoned so well. Today, the fries and chicken were nearly seasonless and undercooked. The coleslaw and tea were still good. Please don't forget the seasoning! 🥲

Have always enjoyed Raising Cane’s in other cities. This one did not disappoint in good or service.The chicken tenders are well battered and not greasy. Usually get the 4 piece combo and split it with my wife. Sizes of the chicken tenders are variable and described as medium sized. Crinkle cut fries are enjoyable. Slaw is ok. Texas toast is ok. Drinks are self refilled. Bathrooms are clean. Quite noisy with plenty of youngsters present. Overall a good experience as expected.

I mean, after all the hype about how good they were, it's really just an average chicken strip, and the sauce wasn't great. Not much as far as a selection either it's pretty much just chicken strips or a sandwich made from said strips and fries. That being said customer service was good and the restaurant was clean and had a cool vibe.

Food was pretty good and i was having an amazing experience until I saw a mf cockroach crawling around!!! That’s very much disgusting!!! I 100% lost my appetite 😡😡😡. The workers lowkey had an attitude too🙄🙄🙄! And they made the kids eating there get the cockroach instead of themselves.
