Been coming here for years and usually get decent service, but when you wait 45 minutes for food after ordering while seeing multiple people get theirs after you… pretty frustrating to say the least.

Ordered around 5:00 pm today. Took over 20 minutes for food to be ready, and yet, it was cold. Not to mention they completely messed up our orders and didn’t give us the texas toast included in our meals. The only texas toast we did get was cold and lacked flavor.

I ordered a box combo and two of my strips were the size of chicken nuggets, nor were they hot..cheat day ruined😔 but the customer service is always great

Drive-thru was fast for how busy it was. But... what in the seasonless chicken is going on here... I usually love Cane's bc it is seasoned so well. Today, the fries and chicken were nearly seasonless and undercooked. The coleslaw and tea were still good. Please don't forget the seasoning! 🥲
