It is a nice restaurant and very fast ordering online and carry out. The bread is amazing you can't possibly go wrong with Schlotzky's. Great service!!!
Drive thru. This restaurant has great service. Always pleasant. I drive thru every time I'm in the area.
This was my first time at Schlotsky's and it was so good, it makes me wish there was one in Florida near me.
Visiting from out of town, I met some friends here before a show and hoovered my entire sandwich in minutes. The Albuquerque turkey on jalapeno bread was absolutely delicious. The bread was incredibly soft and the meat and filling was so moist and juicy. I don't think I came up for air once.
If I can find a Schlotskys near me, I'll definitely be visiting often!
Good food and nice service.
Wonderful place to eat. Customer service was great!
It was delicious! I wish we had one where we live!
I come to Schlotzskys at least once a week, with my little dog Cocoa.... she gets excited as we pull in the drive through because the guys at the window always have a little treat for her.
Tonight was different though -- because the young girl at the window apparently doesn't think like the guys when it comes to our pets, and that's not meant in a good way. Cocoa had her head out the window in anticipation but apparently it wasn't happening... So I asked for it... and she rolled it up in a napkin and stuck it out the window.
No Thanks little lady....I bought Cocoa a Steak next door at Kroger and paid for it with The Tip Money you would have gotten.
Yummy 😋
Even though I walked into the establishment, no one seemed to be happy, smiling or willing to take my order, I patiently waited until someone felt like coming to the cash register. A young lady took my order and handed me my cup, however, upon returning to the counter, I noticed a woman who appeared to be the manager standing at the cash register. She had a crumpled paper towel pressed to her mouth, seemingly about to spit into it, but stopped abruptly when she noticed me approaching. Our eyes met briefly before I observed two employees in the kitchen, both wearing fresh gloves, diligently preparing my food. However, the manager made her way to the kitchen without washing her hands to assist in tasks such as closing boxes, handling napkins, and bagging my order.
I addressed the manager and expressed my concern regarding her unsanitary actions, pointing out that she had failed to wash her hands before handling items directly associated with my food. Although she argued that she had not touched the food directly, I explained that her contact with the napkins, boxes, and bag could still result in germ transfer to my meal. As a manager, she should understand and prioritize workplace cleanliness, especially in a restaurant. This makes me question her ability to properly train her staff on food safety standards. Additionally, I observed that her nose appeared to be running, which heightened my concern about the potential spread of germs.
We do drive-through a lot and service is good. Love Schlotzsky's sandwiches, convenient location.

This was a lovely dining experience. I have not had Schlotskys in years, and this was everything I remembered. The Original sandwich was delicious, the staff wonderful, and the location in Madison was beautiful. I will definitely make it a point to stop the next time I come through the area!

My first and last time trying this place. The bread is super dry n dense. The sandwich was so dry, with a mound of lettuce on it n when I took the bread off it to inspect it, it had a piece of plastic on it. Not just a little piece that the person who fixed the sandwich didn't see it. The chips was good though.
Here lately in Madison the pizzas have been nasty. And it's because whoever is cooking them is not cooking them. There has been a change these last few weeks. Used to I could eat there everyday. Now I'm left disappointed. AND their store hours say they close at 9 pm but if you come through there at 845, they say they are closed. Wow.
