The pizzas are great, but with caveats. I love the bbq chicken pizza especially. On Wednesdays they have a good BOGO deal if you have their app. I just wish they'd work on consistency and cooking the pizzas more. Sometimes the cheese isn't melted enough.

We love to eat at Schlotsky's, both in Madison and in Flowood. The restaurant is always clean, the staff has always been friendly, and the sandwiches are some of my favorite deli sandwiches.

The cashier was extremely rude the whole time, arguing with us about what we ordered. The manager was standing right there watching it all happen, saying nothing. I've worked in the service industry, and I understand people can be jerks. We stayed polite the whole time, even with all the rudeness. Some people are just not cut out for this industry.

My family and I were out enjoying a nice sunny day. We were just riding, enjoying the beautiful sunshine. We decided to go to Schlotzsky's, in Madison, Ms. We were greeted upon entry with a warm welcome and a smile. The restaurant was very neat and clean. We decided to sit outside, because the day was sunny and bright. The food was great and at the perfect temperature. Great job once again, Schlotzsky's. I'm never disappointed!

The systems were down when we went which can cause so much chaos for a store, but they still provided us quick service. The food was great as always and their fancy drink machine is always a highlight.
This is the slowest Schlotzkys I have ver been to! Also the rudest worker I have dealt with.

They've listed that they have wheelchair friendly restrooms on the Google listing and that is far from the truth.Good food, but the workers here tend to always be in a mood. Particularly the person who I believe is the manager. I understand working in fast food is probably not super enjoyable, but at least be polite to your customers.Wheelchair accessibility: This place does NOT have good wheelchair accessibility. You have to fit through two sets of very skinny doors less than two feet apart.
