Awful experience today. They were out of 5 different items on the menu. The worker at the window was extremely rude with a huge attitude as well as making conversation about the customers where they could hear her. She even said “don’t snatch stuff out my hand” as she rolled her eyes. Won’t be back!

Sat in drive through for around 10 minutes finally drove around to order inside where whole staff were just sitting and talking ! Waited an additional 5 minutes for them to get up and take my order . Someone even made a comment they weren’t making any more smoothies today. Just extremely unprofessional !

I tried to use the drive through around 4:00 today. I sat for a few mins and finally drove around only to walk in and see the employees sitting at the tables on their phones. I got a quiet hello but more looks of annoyance that they had to get up and make a smoothie.

I love getting the Go Colada bowl and the COCO Colada bowl. It’s pricy but good! For the past few days this location has had a note to “come in to be serviced. Drive thru is down.” Huh? I need this drive thru. I have an over active three year old. It’s too much buckling her down and up again from her car seat. Please fix it!

The service at the gluckstadt location use to be really bad but I didn't give up and I noticed over the last few months the service at this location has become one of the best businesses in gluckstadt and it's all because of Isabella who is the manager of this location now and she is doing an amazing job,I had the chance to meet this young lady and her customer skills are great , this young lady goes above and beyond when it comes to her customers, I will continue to visit her store every week, if you want the best smoothies and best customer service please visit smoothie king in gluckstadt ms Isabella and staff keep up the great work John Branson
