I ordered 4 shakes online and waited at my stall for 30 min. I had to ask someone where my order was after being walked by numerous times. When I received my shakes they’re were all completely melted. Very annoying and rude of them. Not going back!

The new Smasher Burger is disgusting. Less is more on the runny cheese crap!!! For the first time in forever my chocolate shake had enough chocolate in it, but I order on the app and choose an arrival time, but that obviously means nothing because they apparently go ahead and complete the order immediately so the onion rings are already getting cold and the whipped topping on the shake is melted.

If you're a delivery driver, they won't bring the order to you. You have to go up to the patio. I had two orders and they ask me if I need a cup holder. Nah bro, let me juggle it to my car in the cold rain. This interaction took as much time as you walking to my car. The ONLY sonic in this area that treats delivery drivers this way. Flowood way better.
If you're a regular customer the experience is probably fine.

One of the worst Sonics anywhere. How difficult is it to fix a half & half iced tea. That would be half sweet, half unsweet. Simple. Not at Sonic in Gluckstadt, MS. Then if they get it right, there’s 3 pieces of ice in the cup. Do better!!

Please tell me why I’m paying 1.22 for a side of queso and everytime I get less than a pack of ketchup. This is absolutely ridiculous. How is anyone supposed to use this. It’s like one dip and you’re out. Why can’t yall fill up a cup with actual queso so people can actually enjoy their food. I’ve worked in the food industry for a while and tbh this is just plain laziness.

Worse Sonic I have been to. Food is luke warm at best, drinks are usually the only thing correct, order takers have attitudes and act like their deaf or took busy playing around. Management there is a joke. Tried talking to a manager every time this person says her name is Aaliyah. She has the worse attitiude for a manager. How she became one or is still one is beyond me. I have personally witnessed her going off on coworkers several times. She talks to them like their her child and when they try to defend themselves she plays a victim. The other day in the parking lot she got into someone's face and when the other person stood up for herself someone had to get in between her and the cowworker. I hope they fired her for it and not the coworker. Anytime someone says they use to work there 95% of the time they have had a issue with Aaliyah. The DM/GM or whatever his position named Marquis needs to fire her if he hasnt already. They close down early most nights, constantly get mine and my friends order wrong. Only reason I gave 2 stars is for the handful of good workers there. I believe some of their names are briauna( skinny white girl with shirt hair), korina, dee, and the female manager with curly hair.

This sonic is the worst sonic in the history of forever! The service is terrible. You may wait 20 minutes before anyone takes your order. Today I went by there to give them another chance and there were literally two people working one was bringing out the orders and the other was helping her, when she wasn’t taking orders. It was horrendous. I asked the lady did she know how long it would be before someone took my order. She said no and walked off. Do not waste your time going to this location. Honestly, it’s a disgrace to Gluckstadt and it needs to be closed. I would have given it a zero if I could have, it definitely doesn’t deserve one Star.

This Sonic has gone down soooooo much since I first started going here. The food takes a long time to arrive and 9 times out of 10, it is going to be wrong. I ordered a strawberry limeade today and somehow ended up with a strawberry lemonade. I waited 25 mins for the drink because they were busy. I didn’t like the wait but understood and the app already had my money. I didn’t know my drink was wrong until I got home because the waitress didn’t bring a straw and said she would be back with it. I waited an additional 5 mins before I left since I have straws at home.
I’ve been burned too many times. Just make sure you check your food and drinks before leaving and don’t use the app here! Pay after you get your food so you can leave if it takes too long to arrive.
