The sweet tea tasted old. The mozzarella sticks I ordered varied in how well they were cooked. Some were fine, some were cold in the middle. Stalls are constantly broken, attitude from workers when asking for condiments, most of the employees can be found scrolling on their phones at the tables at the front. I understand people need breaks but it’s practically the whole store which leads to longer wait times (some times I’ve waited 5 minutes, other times I’ve waited 45) and nowhere to sit other than the tables in the back that are next to the dumpster. This also tends to be a teenage party spot. Loud music from multiple cars, yelling between each other, and just a lot of chaos. Overall just non-friendly staff, no consistency in their food, and good luck finding a working stall or a bench to sit at if you wanted to.

10/9/25 nobody seems to be working waited 45 minutes for food with nobody seeming like they are working watched food sit on the counter for 10 minutes with doing anything and ignoring the order. Very unprofessional seemed like the whole store took a break at the same time.

I ordered 4 shakes online and waited at my stall for 30 min. I had to ask someone where my order was after being walked by numerous times. When I received my shakes they’re were all completely melted. Very annoying and rude of them. Not going back!

The new Smasher Burger is disgusting. Less is more on the runny cheese crap!!! For the first time in forever my chocolate shake had enough chocolate in it, but I order on the app and choose an arrival time, but that obviously means nothing because they apparently go ahead and complete the order immediately so the onion rings are already getting cold and the whipped topping on the shake is melted.

If you're a delivery driver, they won't bring the order to you. You have to go up to the patio. I had two orders and they ask me if I need a cup holder. Nah bro, let me juggle it to my car in the cold rain. This interaction took as much time as you walking to my car. The ONLY sonic in this area that treats delivery drivers this way. Flowood way better.
If you're a regular customer the experience is probably fine.

One of the worst Sonics anywhere. How difficult is it to fix a half & half iced tea. That would be half sweet, half unsweet. Simple. Not at Sonic in Gluckstadt, MS. Then if they get it right, there’s 3 pieces of ice in the cup. Do better!!

Please tell me why I’m paying 1.22 for a side of queso and everytime I get less than a pack of ketchup. This is absolutely ridiculous. How is anyone supposed to use this. It’s like one dip and you’re out. Why can’t yall fill up a cup with actual queso so people can actually enjoy their food. I’ve worked in the food industry for a while and tbh this is just plain laziness.
