Worst starbucks I have ever visited. Rude staff and bad manager. Charged me $3 to put oatmilk in my iced Americano when the oatmilk if free. When I said something about paying over $12 for a coffe the manager wanted to argue with me.

this starbucks is literally my go-to. me & my classmate have tried different ones around the area, but they never hit like this one does. the drinks are always top tier, especially the iced peppermint mocha , and they never mess up my order. the baristas are super sweet and patient, which i really appreciate. the vibe is calm and cute, perfect for hanging out or doing homework. i love how consistent everything is. this location is definitely that girl 🎀.

I stop by this Starbucks in Madison pretty often, and it’s always a solid experience. The baristas are friendly and seem to remember regulars, which is a nice touch. Even when it’s busy, they move quickly and my order is almost always right. The store is clean and has a relaxed vibe, whether I’m grabbing a drink on the go or sitting for a bit. Came through the drive-thru my wife ordered a medicine ball was given the wrong product had to get back in line and drive-thru the girl on the register was not very professional she acts as if it was no big deal giving out the wrong order that was very rude

Why did Starbucks change their coffee?? It was amazing and now they have “single serve” coffee and it tastes like it came out of a Keurig. Why do so many companies look to find a way to ruin a great thing! Sadly this will be my last visit to this Starbucks!

I made the mistake of thinking I ordered a hot drink on the mobile order, but ordered an iced drink. I told the barista it wasn’t my drink and she immediately raised her voice and got angry. I checked my app and saw it was my mistake, however she was still incredibly rude and was talking angrily still as I drove away. No reason to treat people so rude. Will not come to this location again for awhile, for sure.
