I usually don’t write reviews but upset the last couple of times I have gone to this Starbucks it’s like they put half of the product in my cup and the rest either foam or cream.

We went into the store on 5/22/2025 right at closing but the door was still unlocked. The little barista was very very rude. She shewed us out saying they were closed and that they just served the last person which was just walking out. It wasn’t the fact that they were closing, that I understand but she was very rude about it. She needs to go back through the class on customer service and kindness. Rant over. Sorry.

I primarily order my customized Caffe Latte online. The drink is always ready at the scheduled time, and the taste is consistently good.

I came in the drive thru this morning as I normally do & I spend over $30 a week at this location & I dont even live in Madison(I live in Clinton). I ordered 2 refreshers. 1 was passed to us by the lady with the low hair cut taking the order & she walked away. My husband saw the barista when he sat the 2nd refresher down. Another barista walked to the window(Deja) and my husband just waved his hand, she opened it & he stated mam thats ours as well. Deja then out the blue unwarranted unprovoked stated i dont know why they looking upside my head like that I just walked up here how Im supposed to know! I then asked her to repeat herself bc we were completed blindsided by the disrespect bc he only advised her thar was our 2nd drink. I have never experienced this type of disrespect at this location as she was not disrespected at all. This was my favorite location but with rude employees like this. No thank you!

They make delicious coffee just the way I like it. I invite you to come here. They've improved so much.
Service is so dead here. There may be 2-3 baristas who are consistently friendly and act as if they enjoy their jobs. I’m from a major city, nowhere in Mississippi, where there’s literally may be 4-5 Starbucks every 2-3 blocks and I have never seen the type of lackluster service as I do in this market. When the last group of baristas went off to college, it gave more time for this new wave of employees and this is what will really just make someone go cold turkey and give it up. It used to be busy but now none of the locations are hardly busy, that should’ve been a sign to upper management but hey, if the market’s service bar is set at this “standard” then I guess this is the culture here. Even reading the other reviews, sorting by newest, you can definitely see a trend. It’s unfortunate, however when you bring up concerns you’re met, with the exception of about 3- 4 baristas, with attitude and unfriendly responses. I know nothing will be done, as it seems to be getting worse and I’m actually beyond calling to report poor service and erroneously made beverages.

Not a good location. Large white chocolate mocha is a regular for me. Not here though. Taste is consistently weak like there is little to no expresso. I have even tried an extra shot which in a large should be 4 shots. Just taste like milk and sweet. We no longer go here to this location because of the quality. We go down the street. Location is normally clean. The coffee is always weak for some reason. Not even sure they add coffee to a drink. It’s that weak. Don’t think they follow the standard Starbucks recipe here.
