Came through the drive-thru my wife ordered a medicine ball was given the wrong product had to get back in line and drive-thru the girl on the register was not very professional she acts as if it was no big deal giving out the wrong order that was very rude

Why did Starbucks change their coffee?? It was amazing and now they have “single serve” coffee and it tastes like it came out of a Keurig. Why do so many companies look to find a way to ruin a great thing! Sadly this will be my last visit to this Starbucks!

Bad and I mean literally the worst customer service. I don’t care to even complain. But nothing was done correctly and when asked they got upset. I’m was rude I understand when days are hard, but why are we out here just treating people like crap.

I made the mistake of thinking I ordered a hot drink on the mobile order, but ordered an iced drink. I told the barista it wasn’t my drink and she immediately raised her voice and got angry. I checked my app and saw it was my mistake, however she was still incredibly rude and was talking angrily still as I drove away. No reason to treat people so rude. Will not come to this location again for awhile, for sure.
Kennedy did a great job, she has a friendly attitude and you can tell she loves her job.

I usually don’t write reviews but upset the last couple of times I have gone to this Starbucks it’s like they put half of the product in my cup and the rest either foam or cream.

We went into the store on 5/22/2025 right at closing but the door was still unlocked. The little barista was very very rude. She shewed us out saying they were closed and that they just served the last person which was just walking out. It wasn’t the fact that they were closing, that I understand but she was very rude about it. She needs to go back through the class on customer service and kindness. Rant over. Sorry.
