very clean and workers are friendly, but…. it’s ALWAYS busy, the drive through line is either wrapped around the building or just a few cars. I don’t do carry out anymore because they’ll prioritize the drive through orders instead of yours. I was once waiting inside for 30+ minutes for ONE drink because they overlooked mine. (They did apologize and gave me a food item , which I thought was very sweet.) never did carry out again.

Julie wasn’t warm and pleasant as most of the baristas I’ve encountered. I’m at STARBUCKS DAILY! But on today, I had a mobile order. Received my drink at the window. Noticed my lid had a fingerprint on it by the mouth part. I requested for a new lid without the fingerprints. She did assist with that but refused to take the lid that was just passed through the window from the previous baristas stating that she couldn’t get trash.. Julie, this is a lid on a CUP THAT WAS JUST PASSED TO ME AND YOU ACTED AS IF YOU WERE DISGUSTED AT MY REQUEST! Leaving me to pull around and bring it to the trash on the inside myself. Now, don’t get me wrong, had it been a cup/lid that wasn’t from this “JUST NOW” order, I certainly would have understood. I’m pissed at the service received tonight from Julie.

I have frequented this Starbucks since I moved here to the Madison Area. The people are always so nice, the coffee is always spot on, and the store is always neat, tidy and clean.I usually order ahead and pick up - my order is ready when I get there 99% of the time.I used to have to go the opposite direction of work, but now, IT’S ON THE WAY! ???

Drinks were poorly put together I should’ve followed my first mind and went to another location. But went ahead to this location and regretted they’ve always had really negative attitudes I know Starbucks can get overwhelming with all the orders but be kind to the people that are kind to you . We didn’t feel welcome at all …. won’t go back to the madison location again .

THEY WILL ADD TIP CHARGES TO YOUR CARD WITHOUT PERMISSION. I would have gladly tipped them more than they have been stealing from me, but they don't even give me the option. They just add a tip and run my card and then don't give me a receipt. I come every single day and I know which girls are stealing, you've been reported by name and with time stamps to corporate so good luck finding work when you're terminated for stealing from customers.

Never had a problem. But I also only do mobile orders because I hate when I go to Starbucks and I get asked to tip someone for doing their job. If they want more money they should take it up with their boss. Not the customers.
So today ordered an apple Crisp oak milk Frappuccino with a shot of espresso and I did not get that at all. I was very disappointed because I really like the Starbucks and they did not give me what I ask for I had to go to target Starbucks to get what I really want. So I guess i will not be attending to this Starbucks
