The employees at this location do NOT provide good customer service!!! I ordered a Cajun bowl online today and that process was ok. When I went to the Gluckstadt location the you man didn't acknowledge that I was there. I stood and waited, there weren't any other customers. Before he approached me he went to check his cell phone then walked over and just stared at me. I guess that was my signal to tell him why I was there. I gave him my name, he produced my order and sat it on the counter then walked away. I said you're welcome. He said what??? I responded you're welcome again. He turned his back to me. Today is my last visit!!!

The quality of this Steak Escape location has noticeably fallen short. The staff's rudeness is a major issue, and the food doesn't live up to the standards of other locations.
It's puzzling why management can't seem to get it together. With poor service and subpar food, it's no wonder they're struggling. Hopefully, they'll take steps to improve. Until then, it's hard to recommend this location.

Worst service ever she put a Mexican woman to the window and all she could say was āyou order extra cheese you ordered extra cheeseā repeated myself so many times saying I DIDNāT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT CHEESE IT WAS MEAT they made me write it down. 5 minutes later they put extra meat on the wrong sandwich (the one with onions) and put everything on the sandwich I asked for only lettuce. The white guy came with an attitude saying āyou want a refund you want a refundā we didnāt say anything but itās currently 12:59 !!!! An hour later we waited 30 minutes for a 10$ refund . Sat at place to make order forever. There was nobody ahead or behind me. Finally drove to window to make sure they were open. Came to window and placed my order. I ordered the Grande in a bowl. They separated the topping into one bowl and lettuce and tomato into another container. When I put them together it made an extremely small salad at a very high price. I was told my condiments for this salad were in the sack. The only condiment was ketchup and mustard. They also did not give me a fork. They screwed up on pretty much everything.
The food was horrible. Something on my sandwich tasted old. It was either the mayo or the banana peppers. I ordered double meat, and it was not on my sandwich. The bread was hard, I ordered honey mustard, and they put regular mustard on my sandwich. I asked the young man at the window if he was sure my order was correct, and he said yes, but it wasn't. Horrible and I would not recommend!

This location has horrible customer service! The door is always locked. They blame the customer when they mess up the order. I sent my son to the Madison, MS location. I was on the phone with him and we ordered 2 hambroaia salads. When he got to the window he was given sandwiches. They told him they were making the order over but to keep the sandwiches. When he made it home he has 1 bowl of lettuce cheese and tomatoes not a remade Hambrosia salad like he ordered. I know he ordered it right because I was on the phone giving him the order. I called up there and a girl answered and told me there was nothing they could do about it. The she said well you can come tomorrow because we about to close. They are not scheduled to close for another 30 minutes. I asked her name and she hung up on me. I called back several times and she picked up and hung up again. I finally got the shift leader and he proceeded to tell me he ordered wrong and I told him no because I was on the phone telling him the order. They really need some customer service training at this location. Itās always a problem. They have the door locked and you can only go thru the drive thru just like tonight. If a person could come inside they could see what they were getting. So I have a sandwich that I cannot do anything with because I am on keto. I took one off the bun and put in that bowl of lettuce.

The entire place is sticky and nasty. Floor, drink dispenser, tables....everything was gross. The food tasted freezer burnt. After 3 bites of my Sriracha steak fries I gave up and threw it away. I will not be returning. Absolutely disgusting. The place definitely either needs to shutdown or a major cleaning and overhaul needs to be done.

The employees were very courteous. He was very patient as I tried to get each child's order because this is not a place we eat often. He did offer a veggie option for me and told me everything that comes on it. We did enjoy the food. I will be back.
