Horrible customer service. No cheese on $10 wrap - when called to say it was wrong, no compensation- just bring wrap in if you want refund. Will not visit again.

Dining in was a very bad decision. I guess the manager? Does not stop screaming at his co workers, it is clear they are new but the entire time he’s running a steak escape like it’s some fine dining restaurant. It’s really not that serious. Entire time I’m trying to eat the guy is just screaming at his co workers about stuff they aren’t doing or not doing right. Food was good, but good lord the guy running the show needs to just chill out a little.

My Mom and I went through the drive thru today on our way back home from New Orleans. The service was horrible, got to the window to pay and was met with the guy opening the window and never speaking just staring at me. I handed him my card and he handed it back, gave me the drinks, the straws and then our food. I had my mom check before we pulled off and we were missing fries so I pulled around and went back in and got the fries. Got back in the car getting situated with my food to start driving again and when we opened the sandwiches no lettuce, tomato or mayo like I asked. Just the banana peppers on one and Jalapeños on the other that I requested extra. I got back out and went back in to at least get mayo and was met with the same attitude that I had at the drive thru window. $63.00 for 3 sandwiches that were not good at all. We have stopped here numerous times on our monthly trips to New Orleans but today was it for me. (Pics were after we put our own mayo on them )

I stopped going to this location a long time ago after being disappointed several times. However, I realized they turned things around after giving them another chance. I’ve ordered 3 times online and the order is ready within minutes. Food has been fresh and hot. 5 stars in all 3 visits.

The employees at this location do NOT provide good customer service!!! I ordered a Cajun bowl online today and that process was ok. When I went to the Gluckstadt location the you man didn't acknowledge that I was there. I stood and waited, there weren't any other customers. Before he approached me he went to check his cell phone then walked over and just stared at me. I guess that was my signal to tell him why I was there. I gave him my name, he produced my order and sat it on the counter then walked away. I said you're welcome. He said what??? I responded you're welcome again. He turned his back to me. Today is my last visit!!!
I was shocked to find a sandwich spot this good on Gluckstadt Road. Philly cheesesteak was excellent and the fries were as good as any I've ever had.

The quality of this Steak Escape location has noticeably fallen short. The staff's rudeness is a major issue, and the food doesn't live up to the standards of other locations.
It's puzzling why management can't seem to get it together. With poor service and subpar food, it's no wonder they're struggling. Hopefully, they'll take steps to improve. Until then, it's hard to recommend this location.

OMG, FOR THE LAST 4 TIMES I'VE GONE MY ORDER WAS NOT CORRECT. SOME OF THE YOUNG PEOPLE TAKING YOUR ORDER JUST DO NOT PAY ATTENTION AND THE LAST VISIT, THE YOUNG LADY PUT HER GLOVES ON AND TOUCHED HER FACE AND HAIR AND I ASKED HER TO CHANGE THEM. NEXT TIME I'LL JUST GO TO ANOTHER ONE.
