Quick and friendly service. The redheaded gentleman working the bar was incredibly helpful and kind. My order came out perfect. Will be returning for sure

First time dining here. ..from St. Louis, MO. The fried green tomatoes, pita bread and shrimp creole pasta was exceptional.

the manager is an extremely rude individual that is pushing away customers. sad to see because this business used to be so lovely.

The manger is very racist. Me and my friend had a problem with our food and he got mad because I wanted to exchange my dish and told us to never return. He didn't even want to fix the problem, very unprofessional!!!!!

I had the greatest chicken sandwich on a fluffy brioche bun with crispy, crunchy fried chicken with all the fixings. The homemade onion rings had great flavor too.

Tried SC for lunch for the first time visiting the area based on the reviews. Overall, not too bad 4/5. We’d like to come back for a second meal try!

I’ll begin with the good: The food and drinks are very good and excellent quality. Excellent mimosas and the fresh fish of the day was very good! Would love to try their brunch sometime.

Here’s the drop of 1 star.

The service was good until we got served our food. Our waitress was very nice and attentive, however I asked for my Brussels sprouts to be subbed out for fries which didn’t happen. So that was a little disappointing but she didn’t charge me for it so no big deal - I let it slide.

Once we received our food we never saw her again after. She didn’t check in to see if it was good/correct or follow up to give us our check. A nice gentleman who we presumed might have been the owner did ask us once in passing at which we’re pretty much done eating at that point. Then we had to additionally wait about 15-20mins and ask him again for the check ourselves. So we just got a little confused about who to lookout for with our table.

Overall I do feel this spot is a great local place in the community, maybe just a little bit better coordination with your staffs consistency in customer service might help? We’d still like to come back for a second try, as I mentioned above I do feel it would be a great brunch spot. Maybe it’s because we came for lunch or just an off day?

Still recommend. You be assessors my fellow google review friends. Happy dining!

I ordered the Pasta Creole take out and requested extra sauce for the pasta that has been a bit dry in the past. I was told it would be an additional $8.49. I was very disappointed when I opened my order to find a pint size cup with about a half inch (1/2) of sauce. I called to ask if this was a mistake and was told that the cost of food has force them to offer smaller portions. I feel cheated! Would you agree??

Went for brunch with my book club. We were seated and there was a bit of a wait for our drink orders. Kinda expected due to the brunch/lunch rush. The food was amazing! And our servers attention was awesome once he finally got to us.

10 out of 10 delicious! Started with the Fried green tomatoes with topped lump crab meat. It was very unexpected! Mild flavor. Perfectly balanced!

Then I had the Pasta Creole and a Greek Side Salad with Sweet Onion Vinaigrette Dressing. Mine was extra big portions...and I had to take a to go box.

My husband had the Black Fish Special. It was on a bed of Mushrooms and Artichokes and some kind of cream sauce. He loved it. Said it was Excellent!

Only thing he said was he thought it should have came with a side salad. No sides at all with it.

Parking: Parking was small...but we were bobtail in our semi and parked next to the train tracks on the opposite side of the street. Very nice and cozy little spot.

The walking was not difficult for me as I do have some difficulty walking long distances. This was no more than from the gas station to the store. Tiny distance.

Plenty of room to eat once inside and they do have outside dining as well. Nice solid chairs.

Kid-friendliness: There were little ones aged baby to teenager in there. There is a nice sturdy baby changing table in the ladies restroom.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp, or 3-4 small stairs. Nice sturdy handrails to grab a hold of.
